Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate React.js Developer with 3+ Years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js or any SSR frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

What are we looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering building scalable web applications: Experience in web3/fintech is not a mandate to apply. You learn as you go!
• You should be good at your game: Detailed oriented and have a thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 & hands-on experience with either of VueJS, Angular, React OR similar.
• You have a strong bias for action: You seek problems. If you see one, you find the solution. If you have one, you should be already building it. If it fails, you move to the next!
• You want to grow but together: You want to learn and master new skills by tackling new problems with the team
