About the Role :

We are seeking a C++ Developer with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in competitive programming to contribute to cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) training. The role involves designing structured programming challenges and reasoning tasks to enhance AI systems’ problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop structured reasoning tasks for training LLMs.
• Create datasets to improve LLMs' ability to solve complex, multi-step problems.
• Collaborate with researchers to align task objectives with model training goals.
• Refine task designs based on model performance and feedback.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality in task descriptions.

Job Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience in C/C++ development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in structured reasoning tasks.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in competitive programming (LeetCode, HackerRank, GitHub profile is a plus).
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing programming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and reporting support.
• Design, automate, and maintain reports using BI tools and Excel.
• Submit weekly sales/order data and prepare monthly reports.
• Analyze variances and assist with business performance reviews.
• Calculate sales commissions and ensure timely payroll submission.
• Ensure data accuracy and support ad-hoc finance tasks.

Requirements:

• B.Com. / Qualified CA or CMA.
• 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years post-qualification.

We are creating amazing experiences and hub worlds in the metaverse which integrate with our blockchain protocols to offer unique experiences. 

Your primary responsibilities would be prototyping various hub zones within the virtual world in Unity, developing scenes and environments as per the project requirement and also implementing various characters and avatars into the game world. You will also work with the backend team to integrate the world into a multiplayer experience.
