The Technical L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training sessions on various technical topics, ensuring that participants understand the subject matter deeply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create Training Materials: Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, tailored to the audience's needs.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and informative in-person training sessions, ensuring participants grasp complex technical concepts and acquire practical skills.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies, such as PHP, .NET, Linux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,. and Net and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Evaluate and Customize Training: Assess participants' skill levels and learning needs to customize training programs accordingly.
• Feedback and Improvement: Solicit and provide constructive feedback to participants, assess training effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to improve the learning experience.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and advancements to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Training Tools: Experience with training tools/platforms, such as Learning Management Systems, is desirable.
