JOB ROLE : Graphic Designer with AI Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media

• Utilize AI-powered platforms to generate strong visually appealing designs.

• Prompt Engineering

Coordinate with marketers to understand requirements, campaign objectives, and content directions. Continuously review and improve the generated content to ensure visual quality, originality, and brand consistency. Stay updated with cutting-edge AI video creation tools and industry trends, integrating new skills and technologies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Innovation and Quality oriented mindset

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects (or any similar platforms)

• Experience or strong interest in AI video generation tools (such as Hedra AI, Kling AI, VEO3, RunwayML, Synthesia, Pictory, or similar platforms).

• Thumbnail creation (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo AI)

• Strong English writing skills and basic understanding

• Use AI Text-to-Speech tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript) to generate voiceovers

• A portfolio showcasing your work.

• Creative mindset with an eye for high-quality content and digital storytelling.

• Team player with strong communication skills to liaise with the marketing department.

• Ability to blend AI + human creativity for seamless storytelling and marketing trends.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer to join our team. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content that explains things in story then you are the right fit in our team!

As a Sr. Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our specific goals and objectives.

1. Analyze existing source content and modify to add value to
2. Apply instructional design theory, practice, and methods
3. Coordinate with internal team-members, graphic designers, language editors, quality analysts and SMEs to complete the allotted
4. Deliver engaging content on a regular basis across several channels, including but not limited to: newsletters, articles & blogs, product collaterals, PRs, explainer videos, social media marketing, website landing pages, video, paid media, sales collateral and case

1. Plan, create, optimize, drive and execute the content strategy aligning with short-term and long-term of marketing targets and rest of the organization

1. Should be a quick learner and technically strong to pick up new technical skills

1. Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of content present on website and resources available to

1. Build a clear process for managing and executing the content strategy, including developing a pipeline of prioritized content, Quality checks ,

1. At both a strategic and tactical level, as a leader and an individual contributor and should be an expert storyteller also ability to handle and drive the team of atleast 5 members.

• Exp – 4 years of experience in content development
• Ability to rephrase and modify content
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast -paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in handling team would be a plus.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

1. Experience using Python, JavaScript, and React.
2. Experience with web services and RESTful APIs.

5. Familiarity with modern CI/CD methods
6. Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments on a daily basis.
7. Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills

Education, Experience, and Certification:

1. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, Engineer, etc.), but equivalent work experience in a technology related area may substitute.
2. 5+ years relevant experience, required. *
3. Experience using version control daily in a developer environment.
4. Experience with Python, JavaScript, and React is required.
5. Experience using rapid development frameworks like Django or Flask.
6. Experience using front end build tools.
