1. End User Technical Support
o Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric/attendance systems, and conference room equipment (projectors, TVs, audio systems, etc.).
o Assist users in day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 tools including OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
o Guide users on common software installations and resolve application-related issues (PDF tools, browser settings, printer drivers, etc.).
2. System Configuration & Deployment
o Configure laptops and desktops as per IT policy and defined software baseline.
o Ensure proper asset tagging and labeling before system handover to users.
o Join eligible systems to Active Directory based on company policy and user profile.
o Ensure installation and activation of Antivirus/EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender, etc.).
3. Hardware & Peripheral Troubleshooting
o Perform basic hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting (RAM, HDD, cables, display, power, etc.).
o Perform basic network diagnosis. Do internal coordination with Network team if it is network issue.
o Coordinate with OEM/vendor for parts replacement under warranty (if applicable).
o Support for printer maintenance, toner replacement, and troubleshooting printing issues.
4. Helpdesk Ticketing and SLA Compliance
o Acknowledge and act on tickets assigned via the Helpdesk tool (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or equivalent).
o Update ticket progress and provide regular feedback to the Helpdesk coordinator and end-user.
o Ensure timely resolution of all tickets within defined SLA timelines.
o Escalate unresolved or delayed issues to the next level in the support hierarchy.
5. Asset Management Support
o Maintain and update asset information related to assigned systems and peripherals.
o Coordinate with the Helpdesk/Asset team for movement, reallocation, or disposal of IT assets.
o Support in physical verification, tagging, and reconciliation of IT inventory.
*Timely Submission of Tender and techno commercial offers. *Support to Regional Sales Team for offers and techno commercial queries.
*Arrange to keep Enquiry Tracking system updated.
*Preparation and analysis of cost sheet.
*Techno commercial discussion with customers.
*Arrange to organize a team to keep back up offers from vender for Non-STD jobs.
*Coordination with D & D for new product developments.
*Able to develop new clients and market segments.
*Know how about the market trend and competitors.
*To deal with the vendors for the offers required during pre-bid stage. *Having the knowledge about the compressor and package related items like heat exchangers, motor, control panel, piping etc.
*Having the knowledge of Reciprocating, Centrifugal air compressor and Reciprocating gas compressor.
*Adequate support to the regions. Sound knowledge of the different types of compressor packages.
*Review and submission of Tender.
*To deal directly with Customer / Consultants for getting drawing approvals, techno commercial discussion.
- Performing market research.
- Gathering and processing research data.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

JD- Senior Software Engineer – Backend
Opportunity:
Create a consumer facing credit card product that will be used by millions of users.
What you will do:
- Be a part of our backend for frontend/ credit card processing engineering teams to build the best homegrown credit card stack.
- Partner with the product teams to understand the product features and specifications, translate them into high level and low-level design.
- Work with frontend and backend developers to build out a customer-centric experience that will constantly evolve.
- Respond to support team tickets as needed to resolve bugs and issues.

Experience Range:
5- 7 years with technical hands-on experience in building large-scale B2C applications catering to millions of users. Previous experience in building scalable products is a must.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong insight into Java programming language (Class loading, Memory Management, Transactions, Executors, Lambdas and Streams).
- Experience in distributed technologies, real-time, high throughput and low latency systems.
- Hands-on prior experience with scalable Cloud based architectures.
- Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring is a plus but not required.
