As an Instructional Design Apprentice, you will provide support in creating a broad range of creative materials including documents, presentations, eLearnings, newsletters, flyers, videos, and other media to assist our training team.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in workplace inclusion and equity. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform our strategies.

Content Development: Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and reports. Contribute to the development of engaging and informative content for our clients.

Outreach and Engagement: Help identify potential clients and partners who align with our mission. Assist in outreach efforts to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Event Assistance: Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, and webinars focused on inclusion and equity. Help with logistics, participant engagement, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to social sciences, human resources, business, or a related field and experience in graphic design, studio art, communication art, or web design

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and engaging content.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of PowerPoint (and other Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook) and preferred knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Compensation and Expectations:

This internship is remote and unpaid. Interns are expected to work 15-20 hours a week.

About the Role

We are looking for a strong iOS Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience in building scalable, high-performance native applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Swift, strong architectural understanding (MVVM, MVVM-C, VIPER, Clean Architecture), experience contributing to SDKs or modular systems, and a strong foundation in clean coding principles and core computer science fundamentals.

You will take ownership of core modules, ensure high engineering standards, and build reliable, maintainable, and performant mobile systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable native iOS applications using Swift, UIKit and/or SwiftUI.

• Architect modular features using MVVM / MVVM-C / VIPER and Clean Architecture principles.

• Contribute to reusable mobile modules or SDK components with clear abstractions and API boundaries.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following SOLID principles and best practices.

• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and efficient memory management.

• Implement robust networking layers integrating RESTful APIs with proper error handling and security considerations.

• Identify bottlenecks, debug crashes and memory leaks, and optimize runtime performance using profiling tools.

• Maintain code quality through reviews, refactoring, and documentation.

• Support CI/CD workflows, version upgrades, and App Store releases.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on iOS development experience using Swift.

• Strong understanding of architectural patterns: MVVM, MVVM-C, VIPER, Clean Architecture.

• Experience building modular components or contributing to iOS SDKs.

• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and writing clean, extensible code.

• Strong problem-solving ability with good exposure to Data Structures and Algorithms.

This is a hands-on engineering and research internship — you will work directly with senior founders & technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune transformer-based models (Llama, Mistral, Gemma, etc.)
• Build and preprocess legal datasets at scale
• Develop efficient inference & training pipelines
• Evaluate models for accuracy, hallucinations, and trustworthiness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
• 7+ years relevant work experience in software engineering while leading teams.
• Proficiency in more than one modern programming language such as Python (preferred) associated tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code
• Experience in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered
• Should be strong with System Design and Database designing
• Deep understanding of design patterns, optimizations, deployments with Strong object-oriented design skills
