Job Role: HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Experience Level: Fresher

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site).

Requirements we seek:

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Familiarity with fundamental HR concepts (Prior experience in the same domain is a plus).

employee information and HR matters.

Work Responsibilities:

● Talent Acquisition: End-to-end lateral hiring (Creative and Technical Roles).

● Sourcing: Creating a talent pipeline and employing various sourcing strategies.

● Stakeholder Management: Establishing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, align on job specifications, and continuously improve the recruitment process based on feedback.

Strong Art Direction / Visual Design Leadership Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 7+ YOE in Art Direction / Video Production / Graphic Design, with strong exposure to Video creation, Podcasts and Motion Graphics

Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong experience in Video-first content, social media design, and digital storytelling

Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have experience working in content-heavy / fast-paced environments (media, content, marketing, or digital-first brands)

Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have strong expertise in visual storytelling, design systems, and building cohesive visual languages

Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have hands-on experience in designing for social, digital, and video content (thumbnails, creatives, motion-led assets, etc.)

Mandatory (Leadership) : Must have experience in guiding/mentoring designers and owning creative quality output

Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt) : Must have experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, animators, creators, marketing teams) and pitching concepts

Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have very strong portfolio showcasing Podcasts, Marketing Videos, Motion Graphics and visual story-telling

The business development executive will be primarily responsible for generating new business for the company alongside the Head of Global Business Development. Daily responsibilities will include: 

• Lead generation via an existing network, B2B portals and other online/offline mediums
• Market research & analysis to figure out the obtainable market between the various geographies that we operate in
• Work collaboratively with the existing team and exhibit a solid pre-sales function, right from RFP, business analysis and submission of proposals. 
• Identify sales tactics and close deals on a fast-paced level to gain maximum traction and growth in your success ladder
• Communicate with all the stakeholders and build a cohesive environment for teammates and the clients. 

Profound knowledge of systems and new-age technologies used for delivering applications in current times

Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills

Profound email & business language proficiency to communicate in the international market

Experience in servicing international clients across USA, UK, EU, Asia-Pacific & Middle-east

Flexibility to work across various time zones

This is a full-time position in the office. But hybrid with WFH twice a month can be allowed.

As a DevOps Engineer, you :

- Will work collaboratively with the engineering and customer support teams to deploy and operate our systems. 

- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.

- Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. 

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our test and production environments. 

- Take control of various mandates and change management processes to ensure compliance for various certifications (PCI and ISO 27001 in particular) 

- Monitor and optimize the usage of various cloud services. 

- Setup and enforce CI/CD processes and practices

Skills required :

- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, ELB, S3, SES, to name a few)

- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and hardening 

- Experience with automation using Ansible, Terraform or equivalent 

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools (Jenkins) 

- Experience with container related technologies (docker, lxc, rkt, docker swarm, kubernetes)

- Working understanding of code and script (Python, Perl, Ruby, Java)

- Working understanding of SQL and databases 

- Working understanding of version control system (GIT is preferred) 

- Managing IT operations, setting up best practices and tuning them from time-totime. 

- Ensuring that process overheads do not reduce the productivity and effectiveness of small team. - Willingness to explore and learn new technologies and continuously refactor thetools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Complex ABAP programming, testing and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules
• Understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into the technical designs
• Close communication with functional teams /designers and build professional relationships with clients

• Architect, develop and maintain core products and services of the company.
• Create database architecture and best practises for optimization in speed and product operating costs.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs with high-volume large scale transaction processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure flawless UI and UX is achieved 
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Work with customers in evaluating technical requirements.
• Work closely with the product managers to achieve product vision and goals
• Review work of other developers and contractors, provide feedback and mentoring.
• Assist in the hiring of technical talent.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role for atleast 3 years 
• In depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 1 or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
• Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
• Automating the building and deploying of code along with continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git)
• Strong experience is deploying and managing application in AWS and Google Cloud
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, Javascript, JQuery
• Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum 2 years experience with MEAN Fullstack paradigm

What does it need?

• This is a role for a talented and ambitious PHP Developer. Experience in web development preferred with graduation in a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of PHP & MySQL is a must.
• Should be capable of deploying application on Apache Web Server.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu etc will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of jQuery and Ajax will be an added advantage.

Design

·       Design a Service Platform that will serve a large scale of users 

·       Prepare design based on requirements and direction provided by product manager

·       Research and consult with SMEs to ensure the design is most suitable to meet the requirements

·       Present and explain design decisions and gain consensus within in the team

·       Propose UI/UX design decisions that align with requirements and expectations

·       Create any support documentation required for future design updates and validation

Develop

·       Document development plan to implement requirements (Senior)

·       Manage development project tasks and schedule (Senior)

·       Establish development lifecycle model to suit the needs of the project (Senior)

·       Build & configure the base platform based on Open Source solution

·       Manage sprint cycle releases and track development progress 

Quality

·       Perform Quality Assurance before releasing new features

·       Conduct Integration testing to ensure platform is stable

·       Track any issues and ensure that defects are resolved in the next release

·       Demonstrate new features at the end of the sprint

·       Report the development progress weekly including any issues identified
