Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in banking and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and support audits while ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger management, and month-end closing.

Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and banking-related reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, fund transfers, BGs, LCs, and other banking activities.

Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CA Inter preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Tally / ERP / GST / TDS).

Experience in banking operations such as loan processing, reconciliations, and cash flow management.

Proficiency in MS Excel, financial analytics, and reporting.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

4–10 years of experience in accounting.

Mandatory experience handling banking operations or working in a bank/financial institution.

Role & Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Negotiation: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate local rates to meet cost-per-unit targets, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels, share daily reports on low inventory, and ensure minimum order quantities (MOQ) are met.

Purchase Order Coordination: Map/unmap products, raise POs with desired vendors, and monitor negative margins at product level.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Meet regularly with the Business Operations and Growth teams to align on stock availability, sales plans, and product launches.

Payment & Delivery Follow-up: Coordinate with Finance on vendor payments to avoid delays, and ensure smooth vehicle offloading at Distribution Centers (DC).

Vendor Sourcing: Identify and onboard alternate vendors to maintain product availability and address supply gaps.

Stock Management: Monitor put-away status of inventory, manage slow-moving stock, and support sales strategies for excess inventory.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance updates, including benchmarking new products, sales plans, and launch strategies.

We are looking for an AI Engineer (Computer Vision) to design and deploy intelligent video analytics solutions using CCTV feeds. The role focuses on analyzing real-time and recorded video to extract insights such as attention levels, engagement, movement patterns, posture, and overall group behavior. You will work closely with data scientists, backend teams, and product managers to build scalable, privacy-aware AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy computer vision models for CCTV-based video analytics
• Analyze gaze, posture, facial expressions, movement, and crowd behavior
• Build real-time and batch video processing pipelines
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models for production
• Convert visual signals into actionable insights & dashboards
• Ensure privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance
• Improve model accuracy, latency, and scalability
• Collaborate with engineering teams for end-to-end deployment

Required Skills
