What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Brand & Campaign Design

• Create high impact visuals for digital campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Display, landing pages, and websites
• Translate brand strategy into visual systems, not just single creatives
• Design campaign identities including typography, color logic, layout systems, and visual hierarchy
• Maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries

Social & Performance Creative

• Design scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, and paid ads
• Understand how design affects CTR, retention, and conversions
• Work closely with performance marketers to iterate creatives based on data
• Create A/B variants fast without killing visual quality

Motion & Modern Formats

• Design for short-form video formats including Reels, Shorts, and Stories
• Create motion graphics using After Effects or equivalent tools
• Understand pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling for 3 to 30 second formats

Speed & Ownership

• Handle multiple brands simultaneously without quality drop
• Work with tight timelines and fast feedback loops
• Take ownership from brief to final output
• Push back when a brief is weak and propose better creative directions

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Design Fundamentals

• Strong command over visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color theory
• Ability to design clean, premium layouts without over-designing
• Deep understanding of branding beyond logo design

Tools Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for layouts, systems, and collaboration
• Strong hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of After Effects for motion design
• Comfort with exporting optimized assets for web and ads

Creative Thinking

• Ability to think in concepts, not just visuals
• Can explain why a design works and what problem it solves
• Knows how to adapt trends without blindly copying them
• Strong sense of modern internet aesthetics

Marketing Awareness

• Clear understanding of marketing funnels and audience psychology
• Experience designing for lead generation and conversion-focused pages
• Knows how design supports copy, CTA, and offer positioning

Experience We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a creative agency or high-growth startup
• Proven portfolio showing brand work, social media creatives, ads, and landing pages
• Experience working with multiple brands across industries
• Demonstrated ability to handle feedback professionally and iterate fast
• Prior experience collaborating with marketers, founders, or growth teams

• Strong B2B Product Manager Profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ years of experience with 2+ years as a Product Manager
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience working in early-stage products (with early stage startups or in big startups/companies driving 0-to-1 product development and building MVPs)
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have hands-on experience in writing PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and maintaining product documentation for cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, ensuring a steady pipeline of internship and placement opportunities.

● Identify and onboard companies aligned with student profiles and institutional objectives.

● Address corporate and student queries promptly, maintaining a positive rapport.

● Provide networking tips and guide students on leveraging career opportunities effectively.

● Keep students informed about relevant competitions, internships, and entrepreneurial initiatives.

● Supervise career clubs, managing events, elections, and leadership meetings.

● Design mentorship programs and ensure seamless mentor-student relationships, gathering feedback and reporting progress regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

● 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate relations, or career services roles, preferably in the education sector.

● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employer expectations.

● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

● Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
