About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, self-driven .NET developer who can contribute from Day 1 — no extended ramp-up, no hand-holding. You will work directly alongside our senior development team on live, commercial projects across a range of client engagements. The expectation is simple: you are plug-and-play.

This is a high-priority hire. If you are someone who reads the brief, writes clean code, and ships — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC applications
• Build and consume RESTful Web APIs and integrate third-party services
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage SQL Server databases
• Work across the full development lifecycle — from requirement analysis through to deployment and support
• Collaborate closely with team members and adhere to established coding standards and architectural patterns
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of codebase quality
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently with minimal escalation
• Deliver assigned tasks within deadlines without requiring supervision

Required Technical Skills

.NET Stack

• Solid proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core
• Web API development — design, implementation, versioning, and security
• Entity Framework and/or LINQ for data access
• SQL Server — query design, stored procedures, optimisation

Frontend & Integration

• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with AJAX and JSON-based client–server communication
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and third-party API integration

Engineering Practices

• Version control via Git — branching, merging, pull requests
• Understanding of OOP design patterns and n-tier architecture
• Experience with debugging tools and performance profiling
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

AI-Tool Fluency (Required)

• Proficiency with AI coding and productivity assistants such as Claude (Anthropic), GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or equivalent platforms
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, improve code quality, and generate test coverage
• Comfortable prompting, evaluating, and iterating on AI-generated outputs critically
• Awareness of the limitations and responsible use of generative AI in a professional software environment
• Willingness to continuously upskill as AI tooling evolves

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field
• 2–3 years of hands-on .NET development experience in a professional environment
• Portfolio or examples of shipped work strongly preferred

You should be able to pick up an active codebase, understand the architecture, and begin contributing meaningful work within the first week. If you need three months to find your footing, this is not the right role — or the right time.

Cloud Expertise(Azure):

• Strong understanding of cloud services and resources like AI services, webapp, database, including monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Arm template / Bicep/Terraform.

• Deep understanding of Networking concepts(DNS, DHCP , Hub and Spoke).

• Understanding on policies and security aspects of cloud.

Kubernetes & Helm:

• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes concepts such as pods, services, ingress, config maps, and secrets.

• Understand of Kubernetes templates and its deployment.

• Proficiency with Helm/ Kustomize or equivalent for Kubernetes package management and deployment automation.

• Implement Kubernetes best practices, including security, networking, and scaling.

• Concepts of Docker and Containers

CI/CD & Programming:

• Hands-on experience with YAML-based CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash.

• Proven skill in python programming and concepts.

Monitoring and Observability:

Expertise in creating and managing Grafana dashboards for visualizing metrics and logs.

• Knowledge of Log Analytics & Azure Application Insights for performance monitoring and tracing.

We are looking for a client-focused and experienced *Sales Executive* for our Mumbai

showroom. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in premium or luxury furniture and

home décor, and a flair for engaging with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and interior

designers. This role involves offering personalised service, understanding client needs, and

ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist clients with a warm, service-oriented approach

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and décor solutions

* Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and architects

* Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to order placement and post-sale support

* Maintain the showroom’s visual standards in line with brand aesthetics

* Record leads, showroom visits, and client interactions in the CRM system

* Meet individual and store-level sales targets

* Coordinate with production, logistics, and CRM teams to ensure timely deliveries and

communication

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience* in luxury furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or design-related retail

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong understanding of premium clientele and their expectations. Experience in handling

clients from architecture and design backgrounds

* Familiarity with CRM tools, email etiquette, and professional communication

* Available to work on weekends and holidays, as required

ROR

1-2 years of experience working with Ruby on rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec.

Good experience with Redis, Sidekiq, and Docker.

Ability to write clean ruby code.

Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, Github, Gitlab, and SVN.

Experience with AngularJS or React JS is a plus.

Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM.

Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, Jquery, and CSS3.

Knowledge of server-side templating languages including Slim, Haml, and ERB.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Postman, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
