The Opportunity

As Appknox evolves from a mobile application security platform into an AI-native application security company, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and customer insights across our product portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing and plays a critical role in defining how Appknox is perceived by customers and the market.

You will own the narratives behind our products, influence category creation, help shape launches, and become the voice of the market inside Appknox.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning and Messaging

• Own positioning and messaging across the Appknox product portfolio.

Product Launches and Go-To-Market

• Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives and product launches.

Sales Enablement

What We are Looking For

Required Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Technical Marketing, or related GTM roles within B2B SaaS.
• Strong experience in positioning, messaging, product launches, and sales enablement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

We’re hiring a senior engineer to own our real-time voice stack end to end—AI agents operating on live phone calls—and the data platform that turns those calls into insight: call → transcript → events → warehouse → dashboards. You’ll own meaningful systems end to end alongside a small, senior team with deep experience in AI, product, and the trades.

What you’ll build

• New product screens and flows (jobs, customers, invoices, scheduling) in React and React Native, especially AI chat UI (chat & tool result rendering, streaming responses, human review and feedback loops)
• AI workflows in production: tool-using agents, RAG/search, classification/extraction, and human-in-the-loop flows
• Automations: Contribute new features and improvements to our AI-powered business automation platform

In addition, you’ll own our first investments into a realtime voice stack and the call-data platform behind it. For example:

• Realtime voice agents on live phone calls: telephony/WebRTC integration, streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech, turn-taking, interruption handling, and latency optimization

• Data engineering fundamentals: event pipelines, data modeling, warehousing, and analytics on production data
