Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

² Current SDE 3 designation or equivalent experience in a senior development role.

² 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies, particularly React.

² Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

² Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing solutions.

² Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

² Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and test-driven development (TDD).

² Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Working alongside client servicing team, and responsible for clear understanding of client requirements, and aligning the right fit candidate with the role, and providing best possible solutions based on availability of talent pool
• Suggesting additional upskilling based on client role requirement and ensuring the candidates are completely role ready and onboarded seamlessly
• Working on collaboration with training head and trainers to understand the skill levels of each Fellow, attending client meetings to understand client specific needs, nominating Fellows as per job role-skill alignment and also providing recommendations for upskilling needs and ensuring Fellows complete the upskilling program satisfactorily

Requirements:

• Acquired strong proven professional Front End Development experience.
• Proven track record and experience working on Javascript and front end frameworks like React (preferred) and Angular
• Knowledge and experience working with Node.js, Go or any other back end programming language is a plus .
• Experience of turning UI/UX designs to applications and keen interest in the UI/UX side of an application.
