Responsibilities of the role:
Build Marketing-Mix and Multi-Touch attribution models using a range of tools, including free and paid.
Work with large data sets via hands-on data processing to produce structured data sets for analysis.
Design and build Visualization, Dashboard and reports for both Internal and external clients using Tableau, Power BI, Datorama or R Shiny/Python.
What you will need:
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or quantitative field.
2-3 years’ experience in Marketing/Data Analytics or related field with hands-on experience in building Marketing-Mix and Attribution models. Proficiency in one or more coding languages – preferred languages: Python, R
Proficiency in one or more Visualization Tools – Tableau, Datorama, Power BI
Proficiency in using SQL.
Proficiency with one or more statistical tools is a plus – Example: SPSS, SAS, MATLAB, Mathcad.
Working experience using big data technologies (Hive/Hadoop) is a plus

What would you do?
- Work with the Development & Implementation team to validate the business requirements.
- Test business goals within the framework of the platform, keeping the user experience at the center of the thought process.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate project updates.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Rigorously follow up with the internal team to unblock critical tasks, and be a mentor for the bot-building process.
- Strong technical acumen to effectively translate client requests and requirements into actionable tasks
- Be a champion of communication and document project deliverables, timeline, status, and dependency matrix regularly.
- Be a part of scrums and sprints and help the team communicate business goals.
- Give inputs in the development roadmap for the delivery team and provide relevant insights to the internal stakeholders.
Who Should Apply?
- 2+proven years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably on a consumer-facing product.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, preferably from a Tier 1 institute.
- Strong understanding of the consumer internet ecosystem. Previous experience of working in Chatbots/AI domain a plus.
- High-level understanding of various tech platforms like Android, iOS, Web, Voice, etc.
- Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, Multi-tasker, Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
