1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand hiring requirements and draft job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and candidate engagement

2. HR Operations

• Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Track attendance, leave, and assist with payroll coordination
• Draft HR policies, offer letters, and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Address employee queries and manage grievances
• Support performance management processes
