Position Overview

Senior-level, high-impact technical role driving architecture, implementation, and optimization of Palo Alto Networks' enterprise security solutions. Acts as SME bridging security engineering and client-facing technical consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Palo Alto NGFW solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Provide L3/L4 escalation support for Palo Alto firewall, Prisma, and Cortex-related issues (PAN-OS)
• Architect and implement: Prisma Access (SASE/ZTNA), Prisma Cloud (CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP), Cortex XDR/XSOAR
• Advanced troubleshooting: traffic flow issues, security policy mismatches, VPN (IPSec/GlobalProtect), threat prevention, URL filtering, SSL decryption
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects (design, deployment, migration, optimization)
• Integrate Palo Alto solutions with SIEM/SOC platforms, IAM (SAML, Azure AD, Okta), and public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Manage HA, clustering, and firewall upgrades
• Liaise with Palo Alto TAC for critical issue resolution
• Conduct security assessments, best practice reviews, and performance tuning
• Maintain technical documentation (HLDs/LLDs, SOPs, runbooks)
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers
• Participate in change management, maintenance windows, and incident response

Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced Application Support Engineers to join our client-facing support team. The ideal candidate will

be the first point of contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction

in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients reporting issues related to trading applications and platforms.

• Log, track, and monitor issues using internal tools and ensure resolution within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

• Liaise with development, QA, infrastructure, and other internal teams to drive issue resolution.

• Provide clear and timely updates to clients and stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.

• Maintain comprehensive logs of incidents, escalations, and fixes for future reference and audits.

• Offer appropriate and effective resolutions for client queries on functionality, performance, and usage.

• Communicate proactively with clients about upcoming product features, enhancements, or changes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular, value-added interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 2+ years in Application/Technical Support, preferably in the broking/trading domain.

• Sound understanding of capital markets – Equity, F&O, Currency, Commodities.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills – Linux/Unix, SQL, log analysis.

• Familiarity with trading systems, RMS, OMS, APIs (REST/FIX), and order lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.

To guide and advise customers on building SOC-related services from scratch or assist in improving existing services. To assess the maturity and capability of services in scope and propose improvements. Closely working with other SOC teams, and assisting them in achieving their goals. What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-level strategy and executive advisory services.
• Lead client engagements in security advisory at the highest strategic level.
• Establish and align business principles and objectives to the long-term security operational vision by applying tactical guidance for various information security operating models.
• Perform SOC maturity assessments and build precise roadmaps based on the goals and objectives of the organization.
• Provide clients with guidance during the Initial Operating Capability (IOC) through full operational capability (FOC) covering key aspects of SOC domains such as business, process, governance, technology, people, and services.
• Create and build on the concept of operations (ConOps) in the pre-work stages that strategically prepare the client for the successful implementation of security technology and operations.
