💼 Role Overview

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager to own the front end of our sales funnel. You will design and execute outbound strategies, manage the sales development process, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities (SQLs) for the Enterprise Sales team.

You’ll act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring every lead is effectively nurtured and converted.

• 5–8 years in Inside Sales / Sales Development (B2B SaaS preferred)

• Excellent communication skills — ability to engage C-level stakeholders

1. Application Development:

∙ Apply a solution-oriented approach to translate business requirements into clean, reliable code. 

2. Database Management: 

∙ Write, review, and optimize SQL queries for data-heavy operations with a focus on performance and accuracy. 

∙ Contribute to database design, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability.

3. Collaboration & Teamwork: 

∙ Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to shape technical solutions that address real-world logistics challenges. 

∙ Actively participate in sprint planning, whiteboard discussions, and design sessions to drive clarity and alignment across teams. 

4. Code Quality & Debugging: 

∙ Follow best practices for clean code, version control, and documentation. 

∙ Diagnose complex bugs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement robust fixes. ∙ Technology Innovation: 

∙ Stay current with new technologies and development practices to continuously improve product quality.

Ideal Candidate Requirements: 

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
