- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Proven work experience as a Pega Developer.
- Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 6.x/7.x/8.x.
- Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.
- Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA
- Experience/Certifications in any Pega framework is a value-add

- Hands-on experience with Pega technologies such as Pega Express, Pega Robotics, and Pega CRM is a plus.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Pega certification(s) such as Certified Pega Developer (CPD) is highly desirable.
