- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Proven work experience as a Pega Developer.
- Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 6.x/7.x/8.x.
- Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.
- Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA
- Experience/Certifications in any Pega framework is a value-add

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with Pega's Next-Generation Decisioning capabilities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of data science and analytics concepts, with experience in integrating Pega Decisioning with external data sources.
- Certification in related Pega products (e.g., Pega Platform, Pega Customer Decision Hub).
