- Guide clients on compliance, audits, and cost-optimization strategies.
2. Cloud Adoption & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Drive field sales for Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to build and execute public/private cloud GTM offerings.
- Work closely with Microsoft and other OEMs to accelerate cloud adoption in target accounts.
3. Strategic Account Development
- Manage and grow assigned field territory through account mapping, relationship building, and regular client visits.
- Gain deep insights into customer IT roadmaps and align HexaCorp’s solutions with their digital transformation journey.
- Increase share of wallet through cross-selling services such as SAM, backup, endpoint security, and virtualization.
4. Partner & Channel Engagement
- Build strong field-level relationships with distributors such as Ingram Micro, Redington, Tech Data, etc.
- Develop and execute co-selling and joint GTM plans with Microsoft and strategic partners.
5. Consultative Sales & Reporting
- Deliver advisory-led, consultative sales focused on solving business challenges using Microsoft cloud and software solutions.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
- Support and execute local marketing campaigns and events for the assigned region or vertical.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT sales with strong exposure to Microsoft Licensing and cloud solutions.
- Proven success in field sales roles managing mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, O365/M365, and backup/virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models including CSP, NCE, EA, and SPLA.
- Established relationships with Microsoft partners, distributors, and reseller ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
