Business Development Associate

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Account Manager Intern to serve as a key liaison between Moshi Moshi and our client ArcelorMittal Construction India Pvt. Ltd. The intern will be responsible for understanding and communicating the client’s needs, expectations and feedback.

to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary point of contact between Moshi Moshi and ArcelorMittal Construction

India Pvt. Ltd.

● Understand the client’s communication requirements, marketing needs, and business

objectives.

● Coordinate and relay client feedback to the internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of

projects.

● Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals for ongoing projects.

● Participate in client meetings, prepare reports, and maintain clear documentation of

communications.

● Support in brainstorming and developing strategic ideas that align with the client’s goals.

● Ensure client satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong

professional relationships.

● Closely working with internal teams - Design, Marketing, Development & PR to ensure that

client requirements are understood and executed effectively.

Job Description-Supply Chain Executive

• Establish and lead execution of operation strategy; reduce supply chain complexities
• Manage all supply chain related activities to ensure accurate delivery of products in all sales channels
• Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods and short-expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales
• Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, community organisations, regulatory bodies etc
• Making inventory plans, monitoring current stock and FG level, resource allocation as per budget etc.
• Supervise logistics from the plant to each city warehouse to ensure in-time deliveries
• Supervise intra-city day-to-day logistics as per the distribution plan which includes creating a daily dispatch plan, transportation of FGs to retail stores and ensuring timely delivery to retail stores
• Overseeing warehouse Management, ensuring statutory compliances are met and optimizing warehouse operations
• Monitoring performance of SCM & logistics operations by analyzing parameters like transportation costs, damages, TAT, order fulfilment rate etc.
• Proactively identify process gaps in SCM & logistics operations and find opportunities for optimization by continuously monitoring SCM Metrics
• Liaising and convincing external stakeholders like transportation service providers, dealers etc. about the terms of engagements.

Experience, Qualification, and Skills required:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Supply chain management department
• Any Graduate
• Strong analytical ability, Proficient in advanced MS Excel, able to build analytical models
• Ability to understand business problems and convert that into data analytic problems
• Understanding of inventory management and planning

REQUIREMENTS:

You will be part of our data platform & data engineering team. As part of this agile team, you will work in our cloud native environment and perform following activities to support core product development and client specific projects:

• You will develop the core engineering frameworks for an advanced self-service data analytics product.
• You will work with multiple types of data storage technologies such as relational, blobs, key-value stores, document databases and streaming data sources.
• You will work with latest technologies for data federation with MPP (Massive Parallel Processing) capabilities
• Your work will entail backend architecture to enable data modeling, data queries and API development for both back-end and front-end data interfaces.

Who you are

• Excellent ANSI SQL skills to handle complex queries
• Excellent Python and Django programming skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience in modern and distributed data stack components such as the Spark, Hive, Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker etc.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and native cloud technologies for data storage and data processing
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, Blobs, MongoDB etc.
• Familiarity with ML models is highly preferred
• Experience with Big Data processing and performance optimization
• Should know how to write modular, optimized and documented code.
• Should have good knowledge around error handling.
• Experience in version control systems such as GIT
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter, continuous learner.
