REVIEW CRITERIA:
MANDATORY:
- Strong QA Leadership / Test Manager / QA Architect Profiles.
- Must have 12+ years of overall IT experience in Quality Assurance / Testing roles.
- Must have experience owning end-to-end testing strategy for product platforms, covering Manual, Automation, Performance, and Security testing

PREFERRED:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll be the architect and guardian of quality across the company's product suite. You’ll work alongside product dev, QA, and PM teams to proactively define, advocate, and scale a best-in-class testing ethos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define own testing strategy for G1 suite of products across ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, Reporting products.
- Lead end-to-end test execution across manual, automation, performance, and security domains.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks—selection, guidelines, metrics, CI/CD integration.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, DevOps to integrate quality measures into the pipeline, from sprint backlog to release.
- Foster quality culture via QA guilds, retrospectives, cross functional workshops, knowledge sharing.
- Establish quality KPIs (e.g., defect leakage, automation coverage, test pass rates) and report to CTO and Leadership.
- Monitor and improve test effectiveness with metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor QA engineers—upskill for best practices, tooling, automation techniques.
- Ensure compliance and readiness for external audits, regulatory requirements and production rollouts.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- B.E. / B Tech from a reputed institute with 12–15 years of experience
- 7+ years of leading testing programs in B2B SaaS/microservices environments.
- Strong domain knowledge across ERP/POS/OMS/domainspecific systems.
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Robot framework).
- Skilled in performance/security testing tools (JMeter, Locust, OWASP ZAP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Proven ability to build strong collaboratives across QA, PM, and engineering.
- Direct experience with quality metrics and organisational improvement initiatives.
