ROLE SUMMARY
We’re hiring a full-time Product Marketing Specialist to own Mez.ai’s marketing plan and build a repeatable sales funnel. Heavy focus on LinkedIn (organic, paid, Sales Navigator / ABM). Primary goal: drive qualified demo bookings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution (strategy → tactics → measurement).
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target personas.
- Build and manage LinkedIn strategy: organic content, community engagement, paid LinkedIn Ads, and outbound (Sales Navigator / ABM).
- Create and optimise the sales funnel and campaign flows that convert into demo bookings.
- Produce and own marketing content (copy, case study narratives, campaign briefs, page copy).
- Coordinate closely with the designer — you provide content and asset requirements; the designer produces visuals and decks.
- Track funnel metrics, report performance, and iterate quickly (A/B tests, landing pages, CTAs).
- Hand off qualified leads to sales and own demo-booking accountability.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years product / SaaS marketing experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven expertise marketing on LinkedIn (organic + paid + Sales Navigator/ABM).
- Strong GTM, positioning, and messaging skills.
- Comfortable with analytics and CRM tracking (suggested: HubSpot or similar).
- Excellent copywriting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; remote-first, self-starter attitude.
KPIs & FIRST 90 DAYS
- Primary KPI: Number of qualified demos booked (target set with Product Owner).
- First 90 days deliverables:
- Full marketing plan.
- Approved sales funnel.
- Content library + 2–3 case study briefs.
- 1 live LinkedIn campaign + initial demo bookings report.
TOOLS & NOTES
- Primary paid channel: LinkedIn Ads.
- Suggested tracking: HubSpot (CRM), Google Analytics / Mixpanel.
- Design assets: produced by in-house designer (you brief & review).

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development:
o Lead new business development for a specific region/industry.
o Create cross-sale and upsell opportunities with the existing client base in the region/industry.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
