Position - US Accountant (R2R / GL Accounting)

About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented US Accountant with strong exposure to R2R / GL accounting and end-to-end bookkeeping for US clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and should be comfortable independently managing accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for US clients
• Handle journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close activities
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in US Accounting (R2R / GL profile preferred)
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
• Experience working with US-based clients
• Good Excel, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with NetSuite, Xero, or Sage Intacct is a plus
