Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will focus on lead generation, first-level customer conversations, and opportunity qualification. This role is suited for someone with SaaS product exposure who enjoys outbound outreach and working with global prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Manage and qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs
• Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
• Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in Inside Sales
• Mandatory experience working in a product-based SaaS or technology company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes
• Comfortable engaging with technical buyers

Education:

• BE / BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology OR MCA, BCA, BSc IT, MSc IT

Good to Have

• Experience selling or prospecting developer tools or API-based products
• Exposure to global customers or international markets
• Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• The NOC Managers/ Product support Engineers' primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stability of customer's infrastructure.
• Provides overall expertise with all network operations functions.
• Ability to define, implement and enforce configuration management and change management policies and practices.

Acquisition & Deployment

• Handle escalations and manage support from different levels.
• Ensure adherence of operational metrics.
• Hire, develop, and retain highly responsive and customer focused engineers to ensure the effective operation of the department
• Manage tools, systems and procedures to ensure dynamic management of issues and customer management.
• Ensures all members of assigned technical teams are effective and fully utilized in order to provide high resource utilization.
• Evaluates technical skills of the team and ensures there is an appropriate level of expertise.
• Provide procedural training to staff.
• Perform performance objectives and performance reviews with all team members.

Operational Management

• The NOC Manager will include hands-on technical support work related to the overall health and maintenance of customer environments.
• This position will perform tier-2 and 3 escalation support and act as the point of contact in the NOC for all inquiries from other departments.
• The NOC Manager will manage all related partner operational expectations.
• Ensure continual process improvement within the NOC including but not limited to automation of NOC tasks and reporting, implementation of enterprise-wide monitoring initiatives, and routine administration tasks.
• Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement within the NOC; recommend prioritized enhancements and oversee implementation
• Ensure that reports are accurate and delivered on time.

Experience:

• More than 3-6 years' experience in Microsoft product build and support experience with a high availability 24x7 including:
• Expert knowledge of (SCCM) System Center configuration Manager 2012.
• MS Server 2003 / 2008 Server Admin / Virtualization - MCSE / MCITP
• VMware 410 VSphere Administrator - VCP410 Certified
• Expert knowledge of Virtualization using VMware,MCITP
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clustering, Load Balancing, Anti-virus, backup procedures, Group policy, Disaster recovery
• and High availability using industry standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Network services experience is desired.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred

Qualifications

• Well-versed with computer skills in Photoshop or Illustrator and/or Dreamweaver

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse cloud infrastructure requirements

• Automating system tasks and infrastructure using a scripting language (Shell/Python/Ruby

preferred), with configuration management tools (Ansible/ Puppet/Chef), service registry and

discovery tools (Consul and Vault, etc), infrastructure orchestration tools (Terraform,

CloudFormation), and automated imaging tools (Packer)

• Support existing infrastructure, analyse problem areas and come up with solutions

• An eye for monitoring – the candidate should be able to look at complex infrastructure and be

able to figure out what to monitor and how.

• Work along with the Engineering team to help out with Infrastructure / Network automation needs.

• Deploy infrastructure as code and automate as much as possible

• Manage a team of DevOps

Desired Profile:

• Understanding of provisioning of Bare Metal and Virtual Machines

• Working knowledge of Configuration management tools like Ansible/ Chef/ Puppet, Redfish.

• Experience in scripting languages like Ruby/ Python/ Shell Scripting

• Working knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing, firewalling & IPS concepts

• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.

• Self-starter who can implement with minimal guidance

• Hands-on experience setting up CICD from SCRATCH in Jenkins

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
• Analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
• Communicate with Business units & leadership team and aim at better visualization and transparency of data analytics, driving insightful business strategies and improved business performances

Knowledge/Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, financial engineering, computer or electrical engineering, or other related quantitative fields
• 4-5 years of experience in Data Preparation & Analysis, Business Intelligence using Data visualization tools (e.g.: Power BI) and sound knowledge of JavaScript, SQL
• An understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Experience with analysis in FMCG or Electronic sector is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
