Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Frappe Engineer to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ERP module customization, business process automation, and API integrations while ensuring system scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

ERPNext Implementation & Customization

• Design, configure, and deploy ERPNext solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and develop new modules, workflows, and reports within ERPNext.
• Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity.

Integration & Development

• Develop custom scripts using Python and Frappe Framework.
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications via REST API.
• Automate workflows, notifications, and business processes.

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide ongoing support.
• Upgrade and maintain ERPNext versions with minimal downtime.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in ERP implementations.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Document ERP configurations, custom scripts, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext customization, report development, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Experience in business process automation and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies.

Job responsibilities

• Performs development, deployment, administration, management, configuration, testing, and integration tasks related to the cloud security platforms.
• Develops automated security and compliance capabilities in support of DevOps processes in a large-scale computing environment for the storage program within the firm.
• Champions a DevOps security model so that security is automated and elastic across all platforms and cultivate a cloud first mindset in transitioning workloads.
• Leverages DevOps tools to build, harden, maintain, and instrument a comprehensive security orchestration platform for infrastructure as code.
• Provides support to drive the maturity of the Cybersecurity software development lifecycle and develop & improve the quality of technical engineering documentation.
• Makes decisions of a global, strategic nature by analyzing complex data systems and incorporating knowledge of other lines of business & JPMC standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on Security engineering and 3+ years applied experience
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java with strong coding skills

• Experience with highly scalable systems, release management, software configuration, design, development, and implementation is required
