Job Description:
- Salesforce Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, including user management, data integrity, (Community) Cloud, system configuration, and customization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations. Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
- User Support: Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, assisting them with their day-to-day activities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their use of the system.

Job Summary
A Tech. Lead is responsible for seamless execution of the development plan; by providing optimal and
