Job Description -

• Strong experience in SQL
• Experience in Databases - MySQL & PostgresSQL.
• Experience in writing & adjusting Stored Procedures, T-SQL.
• Experience in Query optimization Index creation, SQL Joins, Sub-Queries.

Responsibility :

• Create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using the Flutter development framework.
• Experience developing with Dart, whether with Flutter or for the web.
• Experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps.
• Proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as Github.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Responsible for developing and designing front end mobile architecture in flutter, ensuring the responsiveness of mobile applications and working alongside graphic designers for full-stack developers, among other jobs.

Requirements :

• Able to self-manage and attention to detail.
• Have built At least two Android and/or iOS apps.
• Proven working experience in software development.
• Working experience in mobile development.
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
• Experience working in an agile development
• Good communication skills in English.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.

BPO QUALITY ANALYST-Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Monitoring product standards and implementation of quality control programs.
• The Quality Executive role is to ensure that the quality is maintained which is ensured through regular process compliance checks including both data as well as process audits.
• Performing the internal audit cycle based on facts.
• Planning, organizing, updating and maintaining documentation related to quality parameters.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Good time management skills
• Keeping quality documentation up to date.
• Analyzing the working progress of employees with set parameters.
• Responsible for the review and update of the program quality plans.

• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.

• Knowledge and experience of B2B Lead Generation in IT services
• Experience of Cold calling
• A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following:-

•  Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM 
• Social Networking (LinkedIn)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads using cold calling, social media, and other relevant lead generation tools.
• Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
• Organise and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• To use company databases to gain potential leads.
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
