Responsibilities –

• Independent contributor with Minimum 3 +Years of Experience.
• Subject Matter Expert of the Software Development Life Cycle process

• Proficient with bug tracking and test management tool like JIRA to support development processes.
• Expertise in Communication skills to interact with client on daily basis.
• Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing Performance.
• Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them.
• Experience in services meshes like Linkerd or Istio is a bonus.
• Proficiency in setting up K8 clusters between datacenters. (HA, Cross Cluster, Hybrid Cloud etc)

• Extensive experience in developing Lightning Components (SLDS as well as custom)
• Experience in Lightning Web Components must

• Hands-on experience in point and click features such as Workflows, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Data Migration, Data Loader
• Should have one additional skill along with the custom development
• Good understanding of scenarios to use Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.
• Apex, Apex data loader, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers and declarative platform-tools
• Ability to take client calls independently and clearly articulate and discuss project status and requirements regarding the project.
• Open to travel abroad for short term / long term assignments
• Good knowledge of APIs/integration preferred
• Preferred Certification (Platform Developer I App Builder | Admin 201 )

Required Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.
• In-depth understanding of docker-containers
• Understanding of container orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes, docker swarm)
• Experience using MQTT, SSL, boost, etc.
• Preliminary Python hands-on experience
• Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development
• Experience of working with Interfacing or implementing any protocol (BACnet, Modbus, etc.) will be an
added advantage
• Knowledge of developing applications for data collection, real time monitoring systems will be an added

• Experienced with all phases of project in development, testing and deployment and management of
enterprise solutions.
• Aware of Agile Methodologies, SCRUM, CI/CD methods

Primary responsibilities:

• Architect, Design and Build high performance Search systems for personalization, optimization, and targeting
• Designing systems with Solr, Akka, Cassandra, Kafka
• Algorithmic development with primary focus Machine Learning
• Working with rapid and innovative development methodologies like: Kanban, Continuous Integration and Daily deployments
• Participation in design and code reviews and recommend improvements
• Unit testing with JUnit, Performance testing and tuning
• Coordination with internal and external teams
• Mentoring junior engineers
• Participate in Product roadmap and Prioritization discussions and decisions
• Evangelize the solution with Professional services and Customer Success teams

 

Skills Required

1. Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter

2. Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

3.Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
