You will drive growth within existing accounts by creating expansion pipeline, protecting against churn, and running precise outbound.

THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

🚀 Account Expansion and Pipeline Creation (50%)

• Drive expansion revenue from a fixed book of business
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
• Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound activity
• Build relationships across multiple stakeholders

⚙️ Strategic Prospecting and Account Intelligence (30%)

• Prioritize where to engage and where to avoid outreach
• Focus on quality over volume in prospecting
• Map accounts, stakeholders, and buying signals
• Align outreach with account health and potential

🧠 Inbound Management and Pipeline Hygiene (20%)

• Qualify inbound leads at the start of the day
• Convert inbound into structured opportunities
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM data
• Work closely with AEs and Account Managers

THE BAR (Who we're looking for)

• SaaS Sales Depth: 2+ years in SaaS BDR, ADR, or AE role with stable tenure
• Outbound Intensity: Ability to sustain 100+ calls per day with strong email output
• Strategic Judgment: Knows where not to prospect and why
• Account Maturity: Comfortable working within a fixed set of accounts

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

1. Start with inbound review for the first 30 minutes ,continue prior research and refine account plans
2. Execute outbound through calls and emails
3. Run a second focused research and calling block
4. Maintain activity benchmarks
5. 100 to 120 calls per day with 50 to 60 unique emails per day
6. Collaborate with AEs and Account Managers

The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to a dynamic and fast-paced leader, managing every detail of their professional and personal schedule. She will coordinate meetings, handle travel, manage communications, and ensure the leader’s day runs seamlessly. The role demands absolute discretion, grace under pressure, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

She will be responsible for organizing calendars, screening calls, preparing reports, and managing confidential information with complete professionalism. From arranging last-minute travel to handling urgent requests and keeping the office running smoothly, she will make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role goes far beyond administrative work — it’s about being one step ahead, staying calm in chaos, and turning challenges into opportunities. The ideal person will be polished, organized, sharp, and unflappable — someone who thrives in high-pressure environments and takes pride in making things happen flawlessly behind the scenes.

She should be a fast learner, emotionally intelligent, articulate, and impeccably presentable, able to interact confidently with senior leaders, clients, and stakeholders. Above all, she must bring loyalty, discretion, and professionalism to every task, embodying the poise, intuition, and drive of a true executive gatekeeper.

• Develop, test, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support frontend functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and methodologies to improve development processes.

Mandatory

• SaaS experience of 2 years with total development experience of 4 years
• Must have worked in a smaller company of less than 100
• Should have built solutions/softwares end to end and not just as a part of bigger team
• Should see themselves going deeper into the same role even 5 years down the line
• Should have knowledge on Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and Node.js design patterns.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Experience with API development, including RESTful services and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex server-side issues.

Essential

• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of system design and scalable architecture.
• Understanding of security best practices and implementing secure APIs.

Good to Have

• Experience with GraphQL and related backend technologies.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience with platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce technologies.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as React for better cross-functional collaboration.

• Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Building and implementing top-notch user interfaces using Javascript and the Angular framework 

Writing efficient Javascript code while also using HTML and CSS 

Develop all server-side logic, including data storage to optimize website performance 

Using the latest front-end technologies, creating adaptable interfaces for online applications 

Leading with product-analysis tasks and conducting performance tests 

Using sustainable coding patterns that can be easily enhanced and modified subsequently 

Perform complex product analysis as well as development duties that may include significant research and analysis 

Ensuring extensive and proper documentation of solution designs and implementation for easy onboarding of new teammates 

Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver requirements 

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments 

Providing tech support for clearing bottlenecks and and obstacles 

Identifying and troubleshooting issues with frontend code 

Execute automated testing platforms and system tests 

REQUIREMENTS 

Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of JavaScript and Node.js 

Professional experience in full stack development using the NAP stack - Node.js, Angular, Postgres 

In depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues 

Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance. 

Proficiency in Javascript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks 

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) 

Good understanding of or working experience with IONIC framework is a major plus 

Understanding of data security concepts
