Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to support and drive growth initiatives in US and EU regulated pharmaceutical markets. The role requires strong exposure to finished dosage formulations, formulation licensing deals, and techno-commercial evaluations, along with an established Hyderabad pharma industry network. The incumbent will work closely with the BD Manager and support end-to-end business development activities for regulated markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives focused on US & EU regulated markets

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue formulation licensing opportunities

• Understand regulatory requirements for regulated markets and maintain updated databases

• Provide complete end-to-end support to the Business Development Manager

• Conduct techno-commercial evaluations, feasibility studies, and opportunity assessments

• Prepare and manage costing sheets, pricing models, and commercial proposals

• Track potential opportunities, follow up with partners, and convert them into qualified leads

• Analyze internal and external data and present concise reports and summaries to management

• Coordinate with internal teams including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain

• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify new collaboration opportunities

• Leverage the Hyderabad pharma ecosystem to generate new business leads

• Support negotiations, documentation, and licensing discussions as required

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Design & Implementation (React): Create visually engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js along with frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. Design and prototype web pages using Figma, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design precision, scalability, and performance optimization.

• End-to-End UX Ownership: Manage the complete UX process — from concept and wireframing to front-end design delivery — ensuring seamless, user-centric experiences across all product modules. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Analysts to convert business goals and insights into clear, functional, and impactful design solutions. 

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, translating them into production ready React components. 

• User Research & Testing: Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions, enhance navigation, and refine interaction flows based on user behavior.

• Design System Management: Build and maintain a scalable React-based design system, ensuring consistency, reusability, and visual harmony across applications. 

• Data Visualization:  Collaborate with developers to craft intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Recharts, Chart.js, or D3.js, simplifying complex ad metrics. 

• Performance & Accessibility:  Ensure all UI designs adhere to accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices, delivering inclusive and optimized user experiences. 

• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of design and front-end trends, contributing ideas and innovations that elevate the overall UX and product quality. 

Requirements-

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI implementation. 
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping. 
• Familiarity with Material UI, Tailwind, or other modern React UI libraries. 
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles. 
• Strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and micro-interactions. 
• Proficient in Web designing Figma is required.

● Experience Level: Min 2+ years

1.      Core Responsibilities

·        Build, maintain and manage a team capable of delivering the data operations needs of the banks data teams and other stakeholders, ensuring the team is right sized, motivated and focused on key goals and SLAs.

·        Maintain, develop and enhance the tools and environments used by the data teams to ensure availability of Development, Test and production environments

·        Manage all data operations database changes observing industry standard software development life cycle approaches with development, testing and deployment supported by comprehensive documentation

·        Manage releases of code from the engineering team to ensure separation of duty

·        As subject matter expert take a key contributing role in data initiatives such as infrastructure development, software tool evaluation, intra company data integration

·        Assess system performance and process efficiency making recommendations for change

·        Identify gaps and technical issues affecting data flows and lead the development of solutions to these

·        Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that data solutions are reliably populated on time

2.      Experience Requirements

·        5 years previous experience supporting datawarehousing, data lake solutions is essential

·        5 years previous experience of Microsoft SQL Server SSIS is desirable

·        Experience with monitoring and incident management is essential

·        Experience of managing a technical team is desirable

·        Experience working in an IT environment

·        Experience working within banking or other financial institutions is desirable
