Job Description:

As a developer in the chatbot team you’ll be responsible for expanding the scope of AERIN (Aertrip’s Chatbot) to handle all types of travel queries in a scalable and efficient manner. You will need to make AERIN as robust as possible and strive towards 100% accuracy. You should be able to design, develop, test and roll out new features quickly. You should be ready to tackle open-ended problems and build solutions for them.

Preferred qualifications & experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2. 1 or more years of work experience in the tech industry.
3. Experience with NLP solutions.
4. Experience with chatbot frameworks like RASA, DialogFlow is a bonus.
5. Experience with spacy, nltk and other ML libraries.
6. Familiarity with version control tools like Gitlab.
7. Experience in object oriented design and programming.
8. Sound programming skills to write algorithms for text analysis and context understanding.

Key duties and responsibilities include

• Expert in configuring, managing, and customizing the Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price
• Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Orders Lifecycle.
• Understand the Data Model related to Salesforce CPQ.
• In-depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates in Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST API.
• Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including technical and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement Quote to Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ Optimization of solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities.
• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed.
• Work closely with key stakeholders/project team to recommend and agree technical solutions to meet business requirements.

Skills and experience required

• Should have 4+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce Development.
• Should have min 2+ years of hands on experience of CPQ Development.
• Good Salesforce programming skills (Apex and Visualforce/LWC)
• Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products.
• Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools.
• Extensive experience in all phases of SFDC process which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation Integration & enhancement in Salesforce projects.
• Extensive knowledge of product configuration, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins & Salesforce CPQ APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ Price Waterfall methodology.
• Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities like amendments, renewals, and order management. Proven experience in solution design, effort estimation, and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices.
• Effective verbal, and written communication skills.
• Good work ethic, passion for product quality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
• Salesforce CPQ certification is mandatory.

Job Description: Should be someone who has done iOS mobile development with React Native. Should have a startup mindset and be able to build for scale. The ideal candidate would be someone with Founding Engg etc. experience.
