Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to support and drive growth initiatives in US and EU regulated pharmaceutical markets. The role requires strong exposure to finished dosage formulations, formulation licensing deals, and techno-commercial evaluations, along with an established Hyderabad pharma industry network. The incumbent will work closely with the BD Manager and support end-to-end business development activities for regulated markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Support business development initiatives focused on US & EU regulated markets
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue formulation licensing opportunities
• Understand regulatory requirements for regulated markets and maintain updated databases
• Provide complete end-to-end support to the Business Development Manager
• Conduct techno-commercial evaluations, feasibility studies, and opportunity assessments
• Prepare and manage costing sheets, pricing models, and commercial proposals
• Track potential opportunities, follow up with partners, and convert them into qualified leads
• Analyze internal and external data and present concise reports and summaries to management
• Coordinate with internal teams including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify new collaboration opportunities
• Leverage the Hyderabad pharma ecosystem to generate new business leads
• Support negotiations, documentation, and licensing discussions as required
