Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, andcontracts. Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and effective. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, accounts and logistics teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings. Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and sales performance. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Channel Management:
• Lead and manage SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content strategy, and paid campaigns.
• Lead Generation:
• Design and execute multi-channel lead generation and nurturing campaigns targeting international B2B clients.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaboration:

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven B2B marketing expertise, preferably in outsourcing, BPM, or IT services sectors.
• Strong command of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, campaign optimization, and conversion strategies.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

●  Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing and executing test cases. 

● Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java & Cucumber framework.

● Should have a good amount of experience working with Mobile Application testing using Appium 

● Experienced with few of the Automation Testing tools : Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, SOAP UI/Rest API, Appium. 

● Good knowledge of software testing life cycle :Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting. 

● Hands-on experience on Functional, Regression, System and UAT Testing.

● Good exposure with both Web and Mobile Automation Testing.

● Excellent defect finding, debugging, root cause analysis capabilities.

of software development

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

 Analyze the requirement and create test cases.

 Execute test cases and log/verify software defects

 Follow test process and standards defined within QA

 Demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodology.

Qualification

 Master/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology

 Software testing course – preferably ISTQB certified

• Thoroughly assess the requirement details and conduct feasibility study.
• Work with Project Manager or Project Coordinator on the task/module release plan.
• Propose solution on the implementation which meets the requirement.
• Full stack development which includes, front-end, back-end, middleware with database optimization.
• Writing efficient and well-structured code. Frequent update and altering the application codes to enhance performance.
• Documentation within the code is a must to provide reference and description to the other developers.
• Assist in the application technical documentation.
• Lead the development by monitoring a group of developers.
• Provide assistance and guidance on the application development.
• Verify the codes done by the other developers (Juniors).
• Troubleshooting application and code issues.
