Job Description: We seek an energetic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our internet marketing team. You will be responsible for working with our clients to improve their organic search results, manage SEO campaigns, identify areas of opportunity, and attempt to improve the client's site rankings in major search engines. • Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Design, implement, and optimize Microservices with RESTful APIs.
• Build and manage Spring Batch jobs, including scheduling, chunk processing, partitioning, and error handling.
• Apply object-oriented design (OOD) and GoF design patterns (Factory, Singleton, Strategy, Observer, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, emails, trip feedback, and send an initial response within the SLA’s.
• Document all information according to standard operating procedures
• Categorize the request/Label it according to SOP (Type and Criticality)
• Identify the RCA (Root cause analysis) and the action items and document it in the internal note. This will help in breaking the issue into smaller parts and understand the cause for it. Guidelines for identification of RCA are present in the SOP
• Follow up with the owner with the result of RCA to identify the action items.
• Respond back to the employee with the best possible solution.
• Monitor the resolution for a day (if required) and then close the ticket. 
• Quality check for every call will be done on a real time basis.

• Execute DB upgrades on time
• Configuration of MongoDB instances, Schema and MongoDB modelling
• Table design, index utilisation, design indexing strategies , query plan analysis and Optimise performance issues
• Comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications and build elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions based on specifications
