A construction manager's job description includes planning, managing, and overseeing a construction project from start to finish. They are responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities of a construction manager:
- Planning
To plan the project and delegate tasks to their team. They also identify and resolve issues before they impact the project's schedule, budget, or quality.
- Budget management
To track project expenses and manage cost overruns. They must find ways to minimize unnecessary expenses.
- Time management
Must manage time efficiently to ensure that each phase of the project completes on time.
- Leadership
Need to be able to lead and manage human resources. They also need to be able to negotiate contracts and maintain good relationships with contractors, clients, and city officials.
- Construction knowledge
Need to have expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Computer skills
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. They should also be comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
Should have BE degree in Mechanical with minimum 5 Yrs experience

About the Team:

We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success
