Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and drive product enhancements or new product development.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Represent Upcred.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least X years of experience in a B2B sales role within the financial technology or software industry.
Deep understanding of the financial technology industry, particularly in credit assessment and lending solutions.
Strong network of contacts within the financial industry, including banks, credit unions, and lending institutions in the USA.
Experience in managing and leading a sales team, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
