Job Title: Python Developer (Full-time)

 About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python-based web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Starlette. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and building scalable APIs and services in a high-performance environment. This is a great opportunity to work on backend systems powering critical products at scale.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot and debug production systems

 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Python
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Django, Flask, or Starlette/FastAPI
• Proven experience in API development and integration
• Experience building scalable and high-performance systems
• Familiarity with async programming (especially for Starlette/FastAPI)
• Good understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• 3+ years of experience in Technology.
• A strong product design sense.
• Good experience in working with programming language Golang.
• Understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solutions.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general.

Develop server-side applications using NestJS and NodeJS.

. Should have great hands-on knowledge of TypeOrm.

• Design and implement APIs, web services, and database models.

• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

• Implement security and data protection measures.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high application reliability.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to projects as necessary.

• Collaborate with team members, participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedbacks.

• Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and maintainable code..
