JOB ROLE : Graphic Designer

Experience: 0-3 years

Location: West Moggapair, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Utilize AI-powered platforms to generate strong visually appealing designs.
• Prompt Engineering
• Coordinate with marketers to understand requirements, campaign objectives, and content directions. Continuously review and improve the generated content to ensure visual quality, originality, and brand consistency.Stay updated with cutting-edge AI video creation tools and industry trends, integrating new skills and technologies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Innovation and Quality oriented mindset
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects (or any similar platforms)
• Experience or strong interest in AI video generation tools (such as Hedra AI, Kling AI, VEO3, RunwayML, Synthesia, Pictory, or similar platforms).
• Thumbnail creation (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo AI)
• Strong English writing skills and basic understanding
• Use AI Text-to-Speech tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript) to generate voiceovers
• A portfolio showcasing your work.
• Creative mindset with an eye for high-quality content and digital storytelling.
• Team player with strong communication skills to liaise with the marketing department.
• Ability to blend AI + human creativity for seamless storytelling and marketing trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

● Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated design skills across both print and digital

medium with a robust portfolio showcasing your work.

● Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

● Design Leadership: Ability to guide the overall design effort and ensure

consistency across all projects.

● Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a deep understanding of

typography, color theory, and layout design.

● Project Management: Experience in leading design projects from concept to

completion.

• Should handle a team of SEO Analyst
• The SEO lead would be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of the analyst to drive business goals
• Developing detailed project plan and monitor progress while delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards
• Make decisions about the day-to-day operation of the team members, including management of work assignments by them
• Primary point of contact for clients
• Perform and ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work by the team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Brainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategies
• Review, analyse and send the Weekly & Monthly to the clients
• Ensuring the Monthly POA & Commitments are delivered as per expectation
• Act as subject matter expert for team members, peers and clients
• Take the primary responsibility for all the Technical Audits & ensuring that the client website is following all the SEO best practices
• In-depth SEO technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) also Google Analytics, webmaster tools, back-end SEO and various online tools
• Communicate team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team

• 3-5 years previous experience in SEO, Digital marketing
• Ability to lead a team of multiple SEO analysts
• Experience in managing large enterprise or eCommerce websites
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems
• Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Nodejs & front-end Technology.

• Strong understanding of MEAN or MERN Stack.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, RWD, Javascript, and JQuery.

• Bring 1+ years of Experience in Node with typescript or React.

• Strong OOPS ( Object Oriented Programming ) concepts.

• Good knowledge of browser caching, working with cookies and Java scripts for faster website loads.

• Mean/Mern Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js, typescript, and angular.

• Experience developing and improving REST APIs.

• Experience working with AWS Clouds/Azure.

• Experience building web UI dashboards and other self-service solutions.

• Relational DB knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).

• NoSQL knowledge (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, or Hadoop).

• Ability to recite design patterns.

• Experience leading Agile projects and getting results in Scrum or Kanban teams and workflows.

• Experience with practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus
