Data Research Analyst (DRA) – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

·        Research and extract relevant business data from various online portals, directories, and platforms.

·        Identify and qualify hot leads that align with our target customer profile.

·        Maintain and update accurate records of leads

·        Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

·        Continuously monitor lead sources and suggest new opportunities for data gathering.

Requirements:

·        Prior experience in data research, lead generation, or sales support.

·        Able to get the prospect’s email, phone numbers and more.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

·        Familiarity with sales portals like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.

·        Good communication skills and ability to understand target market requirements.

 Fresher Most Welcome (Education Background – Marketing only)

 Must have Knowledge with Product Sales

 Experience with Product Sales or Marketing (Plus Point)

• Should have handled Voice | Chat | Email audits for a team of 15 to 20 advisors
• Ensure coaching & feedback is done for team members to improve overall customer experience
• Should have an eye for detail & report non-compliance in audit findings
• Good command in MS Excel

Responsibilities:

• Build the foundation of our supply side (enterprise) product from scratch. Maintain high standards of pixel perfect Ui’s and efficient User Experiences. 
• Our Supply Side ecosystem involves a plethora of products such as Catalog Management, Analytics Dashboard, Orders Processing, Finance Reconciliation, Notification centres etc. Develop a deep understanding of the mentioned use cases and build the systems for scale.
• Coordinate with Product managers, Product Designers & Backend Developers and outline sprints and tasks on a weekly basis.
• Conduct Comprehensive Unit tests before passing features to QAs. This requires a good top level understanding of backend infrastructure.
• Maintain High level of Code Quality and constantly optimize for performance and user experience.
• Be Collaborative. Self reliant and always keep pushing the limits of your knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications along with designing and implementing testable and highly scalable codes. Job Description:

Strong organizational and coding skills. Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in
JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS/React JS/Node JS and good coding skills in server-side development – Spring Framework, Spring Boot (latest 2.3.1), Core Java (Java 8 & above). Preferable skills in Microservices, Web services, Rest API and design patterns. Hands-on experience in Unix shell script. DevOps – Docker, Any Cloud Platform (AWS/GCP). Strong Integration knowledge in Java preferably in SAP interfacing - Good to have (for eg https://github.com/SAP/cloud-rest-api-client). Familiarity with database technology such as Hibernate/JPA (ORM), PostgreSQL. Good knowledge of designing and developing APIs. Good problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal communication skills.
