Role Overview:

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-traffic backend services that form the backbone of our client platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and system architects, to translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable code. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability and reliability of our systems, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains resilient as we continue to expand our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support high-volume enterprise applications.

- Design and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end interfaces and core business logic.

- Implement efficient data persistence layers using Hibernate to ensure optimal performance and database integrity.

- Transition monolithic applications into a Microservices Architecture to improve system modularity and deployment speed.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize system throughput.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain high service availability and improve overall system stability.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Java and J2EE development with 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications.

- Proven ability to design and deploy microservices-based systems using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in managing database interactions and object-relational mapping through Hibernate.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in integrating third-party services.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment based in Bangalore, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality code under tight deadlines.

- A proactive mindset toward learning new technologies and adapting to evolving project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
• Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of UX principles and design thinking
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Ability to present design ideas clearly to stakeholders

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Pune, Mumbai

Mode of Work : 3 days from Office

DSA(Collections, Hash maps, trees, Linkedlist and Arrays, etc), Core Oops concepts(Multithreading, Multi Processing, Polymorphism, Inheritance etc) Annotations in Spring and Spring boot, Java 8 Vital features, database Optimization, Microsevices and Rest API

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java (Java 5.0 and above).
• Implement and integrate APIs using Spring Framework and Apache CXF.
• Build microservices-based architecture for scalable and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high/low-level design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Optimize performance through efficient multithreading, memory management, and algorithm design.
• Ensure best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and perform unit/integration testing.
• Work with RDBMS (preferably Sybase) for backend data integration.
• Analyze complex business problems and deliver innovative technology solutions in the financial/trading domain.
• Work in Unix/Linux environments for deployment and troubleshooting.

• Strong Product Designer profile, with both UI and UX works for B2C Products
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a 3+ YOE in end-to-end Product Design, including UX work like UX Research, User Persona, Workflows
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have a strong portfolio of UI/UX of Good B2C products. Portfolio must show detailed case studies including Wireframing, Prototype, Interaction Design and Visual Designs

Preferred

• 5+ years of experience
• FlaskAPI, RestAPI development experience
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development.
• Basic knowledge of Data manipulation and analysis libraries
• Code versioning and collaboration. (Git)
• Knowledge for Libraries for extracting data from websites.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Cloud (Azure /AWS) technologies

Key Responsibilities

🖥️ Frontend (Angular)

• Develop responsive, accessible web UI for assessment tools, educator dashboards, and parent reports.
• Implement dynamic form builders and scoring interfaces for multiple domains (reading, writing, math).
• Build PDF report previews, filtering tools, and real-time updates.

🔙 Backend (Python/FastAPI)

• Design and implement APIs for user management, assessments, intervention logs, and reports.
• Integrate scoring logic and data aggregation for AI insights.
• Implement secure role-based access (admin, educator, parent).

🛠️ DevOps / Systems

• Maintain scalable architecture with PostgreSQL / MongoDB, Docker, and deployment pipelines.
• Work with AI engineer to connect ML models to backend for prediction and recommendation layers.
• Optimize performance and ensure data security (GDPR-aligned).

• Identifying potential clients through market research 
• Making calls to generate leads, and helping to develop lead generation strategies 
• Communicating with clients, answering questions, and scheduling presentations and follow-ups
•  Assisting the sales department, which may include participating in meetings, managing email campaigns, and making cold calls 
• Maintaining databases 
• Contributing to data analysis to develop lead generation strategies 
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports on key accounts, monitoring inventory and sell-through, and submitting recommendations
