Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud / DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure PaaS services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, deploying, and supporting highly available and scalable cloud applications and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, Azure networking, security, monitoring, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure PaaS services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Service Bus, Event Grid, and related services.
• Design, configure, and administer Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads, deployments, services, ingress, namespaces, secrets, config maps, and autoscaling.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain build and release pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or ARM/Bicep templates.
• Build and manage Docker containers and container registries using Azure Container Registry (ACR).
• Implement deployment strategies such as rolling, blue-green, and canary deployments where required.
• Configure Azure networking components such as VNets, subnets, NSGs, private endpoints, load balancers, Application Gateway, and Azure DNS.
• Implement Azure security best practices including Managed Identity, RBAC, Key Vault, secrets management, and network security.
• Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Container Insights.
• Automate infrastructure and operational activities using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash, or Python.
• Troubleshoot application, container, Kubernetes, pipeline, networking, and Azure infrastructure issues.
• Work closely with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.
• Participate in production deployments, incident management, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.

We are looking for a Content Specialist who can combine strong creative thinking with excellent client communication to own content requirements for our Mumbai and Gurugram based clients. 

The Role 

This is a client-facing content creation role where you will be the primary point of contact for Master-O's high touch enterprise accounts for their content requirements. 

You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, frontline challenges, and learning needs, and translate these into engaging content, storyboards and learning journeys. 

You will also work cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Product and Content teams at our Gurugram headquarters to ensure seamless execution and delivery. 

What Does “Content” Mean at Master-O? 

At Master-O, content is not just traditional marketing content or reels. You’ll primarily create microlearning-based static and video learning content designed for the frontline teams of our enterprise clients. 

The content and use cases vary based on the client’s business objectives, frontline pain points and industry — from product knowledge and sales pitches to customer handling, compliance and on-the-job skill development.

What We're Looking For 

• 3–4 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, creative strategy or a similar role. 
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company or a marketing/creative agency is strongly preferred. 
• Agency candidates should ideally have worked with clients across BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, Automotive and/or Retail. 
• Strong storyboarding and content conceptualisation skills. 
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills. 
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. 
• Excellent spoken and written English communication — this is critical as the role involves frequent interaction with senior client stakeholders. 
• Strong presentation and client-management skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and deadlines independently. 
• A good understanding of digital content, learning formats and visual communication. 
• Someone who is equally comfortable speaking to a client, building a storyboard and getting into the details of content creation.

2. Candidate must have strong Linux expertise with hands-on production troubleshooting and working knowledge of databases and middleware (Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka).

3. Candidate must have solid experience with Kubernetes.

4. Candidate should have strong knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Chef / Puppet. Add on- Prometheus & Grafana etc.

5. Candidate must be an individual contributor with strong ownership.

6. Candidate must have hands-on experience with DATABASE MIGRATIONS and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

7. Candidate must have working knowledge of Go/Python and Java.

8. Candidate should have working experience on Cloud platform - AWS

9. Candidate should have Minimum 1.5 years stability per organization, and a clear reason for relocation
