Experience : 2 to 4.5 Years

BE/Btech (EEE,EC) ME/Mtech (EEE/EC)

• Strong knowledge in Embedded C, C programming

• Should have knowledge on Microcontroller / Microprocessor, ARM architecture, Memory Subsystem 

• Knowledge of communication protocols like I2C,SPI, UART, CAN ,USB, PCIE, GPIO programming 

• Good Handson Knowedge in Linux Device Driver , Debugging, System Architecture 

• Experience / good knowledge in developing boot loader, bare metal low level device drivers, testing and debugging the issues.

• Good knowledge / experience at least in one project in UBOOT, Linux device driver and BSP configuration and development in Yocto / Buildroot/ Busybox environment

• Knowledge on Linux based product development, hands-on with at least one project based on Linux with any Application Processor (MPU) 

• Embedded domain with good knowledge and hands-on of 32 bit microcontrollers (preferably Arm Cortex MO/M4/M7) 

• Should possess very Good Aptitude and Strong problem solving skills

Professional Experience with 5+ years in Confluent Kafka Admin

·    Demonstrated experience design / development.

·    Must have proven knowledge and practical application of – Confluent Kafka (Producers/ Consumers / Kafka Connectors / Kafka Stream/ksqlDB/Schema Registry)

·    Experience in performance optimization of consumers, producers.

·    Good experience debugging issues related offset, consumer lag, partitions.

·    Experience with Administrative tasks on Confluent Kafka.

·    Kafka admin experience including but not limited to setup new Kafka cluster, create topics, grant permissions, offset reset, purge data, setup connectors, setup replicator task, troubleshooting issues, Monitor Kafka cluster health and performance, backup and recovery.

·    Experience in implementing security measures for Kafka clusters, including access controls and encryption, to protect sensitive data.

·    Install/Upgrade Kafka cluster techniques.

·    Good experience with writing unit tests using Junit and Mockito

·    Have experience with working in client facing project.

·    Exposure to any cloud environment like AZURE is added advantage.

·    Experience in developing or working on REST Microservices

Experience in Java, Springboot is a plus

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month) 7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

1. In your training of 1st month, we shall actively probe you through the process using Training Decks, Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs that aims to give you an overall Learning experience along with you paid stipend along the journey.

US/ Canada Shift (8:00 pm to 5:00am) - INR 7.23 LPA (4.83 Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable)
