Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations etc in Creative Agencies. Experience in basic graphic design software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc. Experience in Animation software - Flash/After Effects is preferred Good communication skills. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (at least Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects). Experience with other creative software is a big plus.

Video Editor:

1+ years of video editing and design experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (including sound sync, audio noise removal, colour correction, title animations, should work on templates) Ability to work independently and be a proactive learner Good communication skills verbal and written Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver projects according to timelines.

About the role:

● Research the latest job trends in the market

● Sourcing opportunities in the formal sector for the youth across Lighthouses

● Liaison and coordination with new employers across Pune City by calling and visiting, to keep track of the new openings and signing MoU

● Getting employers for in-house campus drive/job fest

● Holding daily placement meetings with the Placement Youth Coordinators of each Lighthouse for -

⮚ briefing them about the new job vacancies and

⮚ coordinating with them to align candidates from each Lighthouse for interviews

⮚ collecting daily placement data from the Placement Youth Coordinators and publishing report

● Arrange and conduct placement preparation sessions with the youth

● Conduct orientation programs across the Lighthouse for the youth

● Placements Tracking, Preparing reports and Audit to be done on a regular basis

● Maintain proper data and documentation on a daily basis

Requirements:

● MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 2-5 years of experience in Placement or working in HR consulting firms

● Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills

● Strong orientation towards relationship building and problem-solving

● Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. 

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.  

Exposure to frontend tech like ReactJS, NextJS, Flutter or Angular JS will be preferred 

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and front-end developers to deliver seamless and efficient solutions. 

Oversee the architecture and design of backend systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards. 

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and integration processes. 

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality code delivery. 

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. 

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the development process. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s / bachelor’s degree in computer

science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in software development, with a

strong focus on backend technologies. 

·      

Extensive experience with .NET framework, including

C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies. 

·      

Proven track record of leading and managing

development teams in a fast-paced environment. 

·      

Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL

Server, SQL, Mongo DB, Elastic Search etc.) and ORM frameworks (Entity

Framework, Dapper, etc.). 

·      

Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful

APIs, and distributed systems. 

·      

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google

Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). 

·      

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to

think critically and innovatively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with

the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI/ML integration and data processing

• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when.

• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
