• Strong Product Designer Profile
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2C companies working on live digital products end-to-end (preferably fintech, investment, or consumer apps).
• Experience in 1 to 10 product journeys — identifying user pain points, fixing UX breakages, and launching new product initiatives.
• Strong command of UX design, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in UI design systems, visual hierarchy, and user - centered problem-solving with clear reasoning behind design decisions.
• (Portfolio): Must showcase real, shipped products (minimum 2–3 live products) where the designer has driven impact — passion projects or conceptual redesigns are not acceptable

Preferred

• Preferred (Skill): Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and design consultants to iterate rapidly and improve user experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• 2-4 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies. (Bonus points if you've worked in startups or fintech!)
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements and plan design engagements. Also, proactively launch efforts to improve different aspects of the product.
• Ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product.
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
• Collaborate and conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs and do iterations according to feedback.
• Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions.
• Expert-level understanding of the design tools (Figma/Adobe Suite/etc.) It would be a bonus if you know exactly how to create super cool micro-interactions using any tool like Principle, AfterEffects or ProtoPie.
• A collaborative team player who can work well with Product, Engineering, Business and Customer experience teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.

The Purchase Manager will lead and oversee the procurement process for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess 8-15 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on the construction and materials industry. Responsibilities:

Procurement Planning:

• Collaborate with project managers to comprehend procurement requirements.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the requirements and technical requirements of the product or service.
• Develop procurement plans for timely and cost-effective material, equipment, and service procurement.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain a robust supplier database.

Supplier Management:

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolving any issues promptly.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers for material and service availability.
• Updating of supplier database with the latest entrants and the evolving technologies relevant to the industry

Purchase Order Management:

• Review and convert purchase requisitions into accurate and complete purchase orders.
• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues.

Cost Management:

• Analyze market trends, prices, and supplier performance for cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement cost control measures without compromising quality.
• Conduct periodic audits for compliance with procurement policies.
• Analyze every material or product to ensure the pricing is appropriate for the product procured.

Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory levels for optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and project teams to track and reconcile inventory.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

• 4 - 10 years of procurement experience in the real estate or construction industry.
• Residential purchase experience is essential.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience in preparing MIS reports as per management requirements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in procurement software (ERP) and other relevant tools.
• BE, BTech or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Good Analytical skills to review the quotations and understand the intricacies.
• Financial acumen to grasp the impact of procurement decisions on the overall budget.
• Strategic thinking to develop and implement cost-effective procurement plans that align with the organization's goals.

• Good understanding on National Building Code (NBC) of construction

Technical Requirement:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java, J2EE technologies.
• Expertise in doing development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring modules (Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, etc.), Hibernate, Web Services
• Worked on REST web services.
• Worked on application server : Tomcat
• Worked on Eclipse IDE
• Knowledge of Swagger, Postman
• Worked on Database like MySQL
• Worked on Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines
• Good to have knowledge of using Docker and Mongo DB

The role will be part of our customer success team. You will work extensively on large datasets to identify and help remediate data risks for customers from diverse domains, and support them as a trusted security advisor. 

Responsibility 

• Analyse customer data on Concentric Platform, extract relevant insights to identify data risks, develop risk remediation strategies 
• Prepare and present data risk reports to customers. Handhold them for implementation of the risk remediation strategies 
• Develop, curate and maintain training datasets for AI models 
• Label large datasets for supervised learning of AI models 
• Serve as customer’s trusted data security advisor, providing subject matter expertise, strategic guidance to drive adoption of concentric platform aligned with customer objectives

• Strong experience on with data analytics. Proven ability to extract relevant insights from big volumes of data to solve specific problems. Eye for detecting trends, anomalies in data. 
• Experience in developing training datasets for AI models and data labelling for supervised learning of AI models. 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Customer advisory experience preferably in data security domain 
• Experience on with Excel as data analysis and reporting tool is required. Knowledge of other tools like Python, Kibana, Jira, ppt will be a plus. 
• Broad knowledge of operationalizing data security, regulations and standards will be an advantage 
• Excellent communication skills across various formats and mediums. Strong presentation and facilitation skills

What you need to have:

We are looking for a Node.js Developer who is proficient with writing API's, working with data, using AWS and capable of applying algorithms mainly machine learning-based to solve problems and create/modify features for our students. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
