Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Kubernetes Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and GitOps workflows, with hands-on experience in Azure cloud environments. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing modern cloud-native infrastructure and applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (AKS / K3s) for large-scale applications.

· Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or OpenTofu for scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure provisioning.

· Deploy and manage applications using Helm and ArgoCD with GitOps best practices.

· Work with Podman and Docker as container runtimes for development and production environments.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines and CI/CD integrations.

· Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability within Azure cloud.

· Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain system health, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS / K3s) cluster orchestration.

· Proficiency in Terraform or OpenTofu for infrastructure as code.

· Experience with Helm and ArgoCD for application deployment and GitOps.

· Solid understanding of Docker / Podman container runtimes.

· Cloud expertise in Azure with experience deploying and scaling workloads.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging frameworks.

· Knowledge of best practices around cloud security, scalability, and high availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Contributions to open-source projects under Apache 2.0 / MPL 2.0 licenses.

· Experience working in global distributed teams across CST/PST time zones.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ability to work on diverse backend stack such as Node JS, Java, Express JS
2. Ability to work on diverse frontend stack such as React JS, Angular 6/7/8/9, HTML5, CSS3
3. Ability to deliver quick POC’s using cutting edge technologies.
4. Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
5. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
6. Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications. Analysing and resolving technical and application problems.
7. Ability to debug application.
8. Should have complete knowledge on developing RESTful Services.
9. Should be able to also work in agile development methodology.

Competency Requirements

1. Experience in NodeJS, Java and development using AngularJS / ReactJS
2. Experience in front end frameworks such as Angular.js, React.js, Bootstrap, Foundation etc
3. Experience in client/server application development
4. Knowledge of agile development methodologies
5. Knowledge of unit testing theory
6. Knowledge of AWS cloud
7. Experience in Java, Python and Go will be added advantage

• Solid experience in RoR, Golang, NodeJS or Python. Good to have exposure to ML.
• Should have experience in cloud computing

Job Description

• Design & implement backend APIs
• Mentor junior developers technically.
• Actively work to reduce tech debt in the backend
• Work towards more stability & scalability of the backend
• Tech stack - Java, AWS etc. 

Eligibility

• 2-8 years of product company experience
• Advanced understanding of AWS stack
• Prior knowledge of solving problems at scale.

Work Experience Required:

1) Senior-level Developer with 3+ years of experience in .Net technologies (.NET Core).

2) Have good hands-on experience working with Angular / Vue JS (Preferable) / React

3) Have strong hands-on experience of Entity Framework and writing LINQ queries.

4) Typescript experience is a plus.

5) Strong Web API and MVC app development experience is a plus.

Important skills:
