Role Overview

We're looking for a Salesforce Consultant to audit an existing Salesforce setup, identify gaps, and design a rebuilt architecture to support lead management, sales automation, and CDP integration — ahead of two major product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit the current Salesforce org: data structure, user roles, permissions, and existing automations (or lack of them)
• Recommend and design a system architecture for lead capture, qualification, and nurturing across online and offline channels (Meta, Google, website, walk-ins/experience center)
• Set up proper user access controls and role-based permissions (fixing shared-login/security gaps)
