Fullstack Developer

Based on experience, developers will be responsible for building various elements of a music app for an international client. Urgent requirement and immediate joining as project is already underway.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of cutting-edge web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Take ownership of the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

1. Development:

• Hands-on development using the MERN stack to build robust and scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with the team to define technical specifications and implement solutions according to requirements.

1. Code Review and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes to guarantee the quality of deliverables.

1. Technical Strategy:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities.
• Contribute to the development of the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

1. Problem Solving:

• Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

1. Developing and maintaining web applications: coding, testing, and debugging both client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) components of web applications. This includes working with languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the front-end, and server-side languages like Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The candidate need to collaborate with other team members, such as UI/UX designers, product/operations managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and implement solutions.

3. Learning and applying new technologies: Given the rapid pace of technological advancement in web development, candidates are often expected to learn and adapt to new frameworks, libraries, and best practices. They might spend time researching and experimenting with new tools or technologies and applying them to current projects. This continuous learning is crucial for personal development and for staying relevant in the field.

Full Stack Developer Job Description:

1. Knowledge in MERN Stack is mandatory

2. Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

3. Design client-side and server-side architecture

4. Conduct Testing & Debugging, utilize script tools & write basic codes for design specifications

5. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

6. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

7. Write effective APIs

8. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Skills and Qualification: 

1. Experience in working MEAN stack / Full Stack platform
2. Front-end developer with knowledge of coding into NODE/EXPRESS, JavaScript, Jquery & its plugins.
3. js/Redux/React-native.
4. Knowledge of different NPM packages (Session, Async etc.).
5. Knowledge of Mongo dB/Mongoose/Nosql.
6. Knowledge of Any one framework (Mean.io/Ionic/Meteor).
7. Experience in Backbone.js or Angular.js is a must.
8. Knowledge of responsive design creation.
   CSS3 / HTML / HTML5.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Proficient in SQL, NoSQL, relational database design and methods for efficiently retrieving data 
• Experience building complex and non-interactive systems batch, distributed, etc.
• Be responsible for the technical design and experience in guiding/mentoring others.
• Strong OOPS knowledge, including experience with design patterns
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL/Oracle
• Experience with enterprise application servers like Tomcat/Weblogic/Websphere.
• Exposure to Web Services SOAP and RESTFUL
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
• Excellent analytical aptitude and problem solving skills.
