Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 - 8 years of work experience in Software application development.
- 3+ Years of experience as a full stack developer with experience in the design and implementation of UI using React.js.
- 5+ Years of experience in developing APIs using Node.js, and having experience with Golang will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in React design guidelines, SDK, and excellent JavaScript skills.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL-based databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Familiarity with API security models including but not limited to OAuth, JSON Web Token, Digital Certificates, Basic Authentication, and OpenID.
- Exposure to DevOps culture with hands-on experience in Jenkins for CI/CD would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of containerization utilizing Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility with release goals. This includes understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management.
- Ensure compliance through the adoption of enterprise standards and promotion of best practice / guiding principles aligned with organization standards.
- Build and maintain the environment for speed, accuracy, consistency, and ‘up’ time.
- Hands-on position requiring strong analytical, architectural, development, and debugging skills that includes both development and operations.

This exciting role within Ashnik’s consulting team brings a great opportunity in terms of desiging and deploy Kubernetes platform solution for Ashnik’s enterprise customers, who are spread across SEA and India. This role takes a lead in consulting the customers for adoption of Kubernetes platform for their Digital Transformation journey.
Experience and skills required
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Expertise on Linux and container technologies
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in configuration and management of the Kubernetes platform
- Experienced with working on cloud service provider’s Kubernetes platform is an added advantage
- Proven technical skill in designing and delivering of enterprise level solution involving integration of complex technologies
- Knowledge and experience of CI/CD pipeline
- Good understanding of networking and software defined storage concepts
- Experienced in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform is also highly desirable
- Shell scripting skills are required

This role requires you to be pro-active in communicating with customers and internal teams about various industry trends, technology development and crafting thought leadership.

- To lead the consultative discussions in identifying challenges for the customers, suggesting the right fit open-source components and suggesting appropriate Kubernetes platform
- To create consulting work packages and assisting the sales team in positioning them towards enterprise customers
- To prepare detailed SOW for the project and getting customer’s concurrence for it
- To lead the implementation and getting the customer to sign-off on it.
