Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who has strong command over professional editing tools and can deliver high‑quality videos aligned with MotionGility’s creative standards. The ideal candidate must be detail‑oriented, fast‑learning, and able to understand project requirements clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high‑quality videos for various platforms, following the provided brief or script.
• Work closely with the creative and animation teams to maintain brand and visual consistency.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound enhancements when required.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Understand project requirements and deliver outputs aligned with MotionGility’s portfolio standards.

Tools Required (Must-Have)

• Adobe Premiere Pro – Expert level
• Adobe After Effects – Advanced proficiency required
• Adobe Illustrator – Basic to moderate understanding
• DaVinci Resolve – Strong proficiency preferred

Job Description.

1.      Cloud experience (Any cloud is fine although AWS is preferred. If non-AWS cloud, then the experience should reflect familiarity with the cloud's common services)

2.      Good grasp of Scripting (in Linux for sure ie bash/sh/zsh etc, Windows : nice to have)

3.      Python or Java or JS basic knowledge (Python Preferred)

4.      Monitoring tools

5.      Alerting tools

6.      Logging tools

7.      CICD

8.      Docker/containers/(k8s/terraform nice to have)

9.      Experience working on distributed applications with multiple services

10.  Incident management

The person should be able to :

Monitor system issues

Create strategies to detect and address issues

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in core Java/J2EE 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
• Strong knowledge of one the web application framework such as Spring, Struts
• Strong knowledge of UI frameworks (AngularJS 2.0/4.0, ReactJS, Java script, HTML, CSS) 
• Strong knowledge of web services (Restful) 
• Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design, data structure and data architectures
• Good knowledge of relation database, SQL and ORM
