About the job
We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives, focusing on promoting our innovative subscription and silver membership plans.
Your typical day at Anar
- Work on showcasing the value proposition and benefits of subscription plans and other monetization instruments to inquiring & interested client leads
- Create and execute sales plans to secure new customers, achieve sales goals, and grow profitability
- Utilize effective communication, market knowledge, and creative problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction
- Develop, and maintain positive user relationships to uphold user retention and encourage recurring adoption of plans.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
- Communicate proactively to keep sellers in the loop with regular updates, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, interactions, and important information.
Need to Succeed!
- Proficiency in Google documents, Google sheets and Google meet
- Intermediate or more in Hindi and English
- Drive to meet daily deal targets
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B model.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Preference is given to candidates with 6 to 36 months of experience talking to people, addressing their queries

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer who will work closely with the project team members and ensure the quality of the delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop automated tests for product validation (regression and integration).
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
- Integrate and execute automated tests in CI/CD environments
- Troubleshoot, and improve existing automation scripts
- Act as a lead team member as the team grows, providing support and training to other team members
- Execute test cases against various software applications and document the results
- Perform ad hoc testing of new and existing features to ensure they meet design requirements, quality,
and usability standards
- Follow-up with and document resolution of bugs

Technical Skills
