About the Role

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and account managers to transform ideas, business objectives, and marketing requirements into compelling visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to understand client objectives, project requirements, and brand guidelines.

• Develop creative design concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages.

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms.

• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Interpret client requirements and translate them into creative design concepts.

• Develop design briefs by gathering relevant information, insights, and reference material.

• Present design ideas and final concepts internally or to account managers when required.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including copywriters, photographers, printers, illustrators, developers, and marketing specialists.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve design output.

Required Skills & Tools

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies for medical services provided

- Initiate timely and effective communication with insurance companies to expedite claim processing and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Identify and resolve billing issues, including claim denials, rejections, and underpayments, through thorough investigation and follow-up.

Are you a knowledgeable, smart, and fluent English speaker? We’re looking for a Personal Secretary to support the CEO of Offpriced Canada as we expand our operations in Kolkata.

About the Role:

Our CEO will be visiting Kolkata in November to set up our local branch, and we need a dedicated individual to start working remotely now, transitioning to a physical presence when the CEO arrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks for the CEO.

• Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

• Assist in planning and coordinating activities, including potential travel.

• Be ready to learn on the job; this is not a school, so come prepared with a solid foundation in your field.

Requirements:

• Degree in MBA, CA, Accounting, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software is essential.

• Knowledge of the fashion business is highly prioritized.

Qualification and Work Experience

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/BCA/MCA

Work experience: 1- 8 years

Minimum 1-8 years of experience in Designs, develops and implementation of web-based Java applications to support business  requirements and projects.

Hands-on experience in Java and J2EE Ecosystem.

Hands-on experience in Spring boot, Hibernate and/or Struts frameworks.

Good familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming, Web services, REST, HTTP.

Strong experience with databases and MySQL.

Experience in Agile Development/Project Management, DevOps CI/CD process is a big plus.

1-6 years minimum in creating complex HTML based solutions

Detail oriented experience as a Web Developer creating Angular/React/Vue based solutions

1-6 years with Node.js and Express js

Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams to communicate design and build ideas effectively

Experience using asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)

 Knowledge and Hands-on experience on ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server, Restful, C# 3.5/4.0, MVC

Desirable Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Solid understanding of best practices in web application development.

Knowledge and Hands-on experience on Java,

Requirements

Fluent knowledge of the latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices

Working knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS and Angular Working knowledge of Node.js and Express js

Solid Understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client

Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB , Mongo aggregation, MySQL, Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications
