QuitSure is founded by alumni of IIT, IIM, and Stanford University. It is one of the most effective quit-smoking mobile apps in the world, having served more than 10,00,000 clients. The app delivers a 6-day program that users can follow with the help of their coach. Our mission is to get 1 million smokers smoke-free in the next one year. The Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing video projects to life, ensuring top-notch quality and creativity. You will play a critical role in visualizing and executing content that aligns with our brand, and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished video product, ensuring coherence and a logical sequence.
• Design high quality and compelling visuals for marketing in social media, emails, blogs and website.
• Work closely with our content and creative teams to understand the script and storyboard, and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
• Utilize advanced tools in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other prominent video editing software.
• Edit videos specifically tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.), ensuring they are engaging, trend-aware, and platform-optimized.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, techniques, and trends in the video editing domain.
• Incorporate sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects as needed.
• Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines.
• Provide feedback, suggestions, and ideas to elevate the overall quality and creativity of the content.
• Continuously optimize workflows and processes for more efficient and creative outputs.

Qualifications:

• 1+years of Proven experience as a Video Editor and graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other prominent editing software.
• Strong ability to understand and visualize scripts to create compelling visual narratives.
• Up-to-date with the latest video editing and graphic designing technologies, techniques, trends and AI tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Hands-on experience editing videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with a strong understanding of current social media trends and formats.
• Having experience in designing visuals for mobile apps, websites and social media marketing
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of 2d Animations is an added advantage.

The Role

Your role will be to work with our product manager, backend developer, and QA testers to:

• Architect and build new features.
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes.
• Ensure quality and cleanliness of code
• Ensure releases are published in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the development agency that is currently responsible for building our app

Qualifications

We are looking for a star React Native developer to continuously improve our platform and implement new features. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing fast, efficient systems, clean modular code and high-quality user experiences. You will have had at least 2 years of React Native development experience and have:

• A firm grasp of React Native in particular, and the nuances of the JavaScript language in general.
• The ability to write well-documented, clean, modular code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, etc
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Knowledge of the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Other presentation-layer languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, etc.) are a plus

We are looking for a highly skilled React Native developer who is interested in working on a high-impact product that is genuinely saving people’s health and lives. We are a small team, with thousands of global clients, who are trusting us with their private health data. So, in addition to coding skills, honesty, commitment and loyalty are also essential to us.
