Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in ERP solution sales to drive revenue growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in selling ERP solutions to mid-sized and enterprise-level businesses, demonstrating expertise in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing large deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales Execution

• Identify, develop, and close new ERP solution sales opportunities in the US market.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to expand market presence.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Identify key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT heads, procurement teams) and build strong relationships.

2. ERP Solution Expertise

• Understand customer business challenges and position ERP solutions to meet their needs.
• Demonstrate expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or custom ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to customize ERP offerings.

3. Market & Client Engagement

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong client network through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations.

4. Negotiation & Closing Deals

• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to maximize profitability.
• Handle RFPs, RFIs, and complex enterprise sales proposals.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

5. CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Track KPIs, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on sales progress and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in ERP solution sales for the US market.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling large sales cycles, including enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Familiarity with US business culture, compliance, and procurement processes.
• Ability to work in US time zones, if required.

Passion for all things Mobile and have built complex Mobile Applications with React Native for at least 2 years. Have shipped apps on either the iOS App Store or Android Play Store, and are intimately familiar with their workflows. Comfortable with jest for writing unit and integration tests / appium for end-end testing. Intuition for usability and UI design, with an ability to balance polish with the constraints of timing and scope. Curiosity to remain updated with the newest technologies and frameworks. Comfort with any of WebRTC/Backend Stack/React JS is a strong plus. Most importantly, love coding!
