About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Cloud Security & Reliability Engineer with deep AWS expertise to own end-to-end cloud reliability and security for enterprise clients. As Lead, you'll drive architecture decisions, mentor your squad, and deliver measurable client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Client Delivery — Lead 24x7 AWS cloud operations. Define SLO frameworks and ensure adherence.
• Architect Solutions — Design scalable, secure AWS architectures for enterprise clients.
• Drive Reliability — Lead incident response, RCA, and long-term remediation across production systems.
• Mentor & Elevate — Coach and grow a squad of Senior CSREs.
• Drive FinOps — Own AWS cost governance and optimization with quantified impact.
• Be the Expert — Represent Searce's technical depth in client conversations.

Qualifications

Experience: 6–10 years total with 5+ years on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Strong background in Cloud Managed Services / MSP environments.
• Proven experience leading a team in client-facing delivery.

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• AWS: EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub — demonstrated in work experience.
• Kubernetes: EKS — production cluster management.
• IaC: Terraform or CloudFormation — module level.
• Observability: CloudWatch + Prometheus/Grafana.
• Security: IAM, GuardDuty, WAF, Secrets Manager, DevSecOps.
• Scripting: Python or Bash.
• FinOps: AWS Cost Management, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional / DevOps Engineer certification.
• Multi-cloud exposure.
• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
• ITIL / change management awareness.

Key responsibility areas of a Sr. Copywriter:

1. Develop content ideas and strategies for assigned brands

2. Ensure the smooth execution of content strategies

3. Create high-quality and engaging copies for digital platforms

4. Ensure the content aligns with the brand voice and messaging strategy

5. Develop and implement effective copywriting strategies to meet client objectives and campaign goals

6. Coordinate internally and externally for project completion

7. Conduct research and gather information for existing and new projects

8. Develop content guidelines for all assigned brands

9. Set processes for smooth workflow and adherence to existing structures

- Strong knowledge of 'Swift' programming language, knowledge of Objective C is a plus.
- Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, database, and efficient data storage.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns like Creational, Structural and MVVM, MVP, MVC, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end service.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Experience with google map and location-based app.
- Knowledge of the open-source libraries available for common tasks.

Must have Skills:

- Excellent knowledge in Swift, Objective-C, or cocoa Touch should have strong understanding of mobile application specific concepts.
- Strong knowledge of data structure and algo.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate and actively participate in client call and understand requirements.
- Able to troubleshoot and debug the code, write code with best coding practice, and perform unit & Integration testing.
- Collaborate with the technical team to build and migrate applications.
- Design and build advanced iOS applications.
- Work on Bug fixing and improving application performance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 
• 4-8 years of hands-on Experience in React native js  
• Develop Hybrid Apps using React Native and integrate them with back-end services.
• Navigation model in Mobile apps.
• Minimum 3yrs of exp in building React native apps for android and iOS Solid understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems.
• Must have worked on hardware integration with the apps.
• Understanding of various navigation models in mobile apps Good at debugging, testing, performance optimization.
• Interpersonal skills: good team player, ready to take challenges ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Able to build and maintain awesome react native applications with good code quality
• Implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs.
• Work with native modules when required.
• Have developed at least 1 iOS/Android app which has been deployed in both Appstore and Google Play
• Excellent understanding of solid coding skills in React Native)
• Have a good understanding of REST APIs
• Good Communication
