About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) / Geo Consultant with a deep understanding of Semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and LLM-oriented content structuring. If you’re someone who understands how search engines and modern AI models interpret, associate, and recommend brands—especially in sensitive YMYL spaces—this role is for you.

You will play a key role in strengthening QuitSure’s authority as a global leader in smoking cessation, ensuring that both search engines and large language models recognize, retrieve, and recommend our content accurately and consistently.

What You Will Do

1. Entity Management & Knowledge Graph Optimization

• Strengthen the association between QuitSure and Smoking Cessation Authority across Google’s Knowledge Graph and other semantic databases.
• Build, refine, and optimize entity relationships to improve brand visibility and trust signals across AI and search ecosystems.

2. Content Re-Architecture for LLM Citability

• Conduct deep audits of existing websites and knowledge content.
• Restructure and rewrite pillars/clusters to maximize “citability” for LLMs, optimizing for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Ensure content is authoritative, structured, and contextually rich for AI retrieval.

3. Co-Occurrence & Entity Co-Mention Strategy

• Develop strategies to increase brand co-occurrence with top-tier medical, scientific, and clinical entities across the web.
• Identify opportunities for authoritative contextual mentions in trusted sources, databases, and semantic environments.

4. Measurement & Reporting

• Build frameworks and dashboards to measure.
• AI-driven brand mentions
• AI recommendation frequency
• Sentiment associated with QuitSure in LLM-generated responses
• Use these insights to guide ongoing optimization and authority-building.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a clear transition from keyword-based SEO to Semantic SEO, Entity Optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing entities using Schema.org, structured data layers, and linked data—not just basic schema markup.
• Strong understanding of how LLMs process, retrieve, and synthesize information, including embeddings, RAG systems, semantic clustering, and context windows.
• Experience working in YMYL (Your Money, Your Life) categories, especially Health & Wellness.
• Understanding of how to build credibility, safety, and authority in YMYL content without triggering AI safety warnings or refusals.

• Experience with tools like InLinks, WordLift, Kalicube, or other entity-based SEO platforms.
• Knowledge of E-E-A-T frameworks and medical content compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Skills: Cloud development (Capable), Microservices architecture (MSA) (Strong), Site reliability Engineering
• Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
• 10+yrs experience and a strong background in areas like cloud operations and site reliability engineering
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with any of the major public cloud providers (preferably AWS)

• Ability to work with query languages to analyze monitoring data and other app-specific transactions
• A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
• An Agile mindset and strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in functional discussions, system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning to develop an overall understanding of the product and teams current priorities
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing, release procedures, automation of runbooks, and DR planning
• Build automation scripts for auto-recover behavior, determining benchmark of critical services, preparing custom dashboards to report performance in production
• Understand product functionality to design and build thoughtful experiments to simulate chaos and proactively find faults in the systems
• Work with architects to define service level indicators and create a service catalog
• Gather and analyze SLIs, SLOs from applications, services, and OS to assist in performance tuning, improving availability and reliability
• Improve monitoring and observability to increase visibility into key metrics like MTTI, MTTR, and MTTD
• Work with the team to understand the root cause of production incidents
• Train and groom engineers to internalize SRE best practices
