Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data, including competitor analysis, customer demand, and market trends. • Develop, evaluate, and recommend pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness. • Monitor key metrics such as margins, costs, and sales performance to assess the effectiveness of pricing models. • Partner with procurement/sourcing teams to evaluate supplier costs and negotiate pricing terms. • Prepare pricing models, forecasts, and financial scenarios to support business planning and decision-making. • Support sales teams with pricing recommendations and provide guidance during contract negotiations. • Create and maintain pricing databases, tools, and dashboards for internal stakeholders. • Present findings and insights to management, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven analysis. • Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behaviors, and regulatory changes impacting pricing. Qualifications & Skills • Any Bachelor’s degree • Proven experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics for at least a year. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in Excel. • Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data insights to non technical stakeholders. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Sourcing Talent: Actively use multiple job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms to source and attract candidates for technical roles.

● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.

● Technical Acumen: Possess a sound understanding of various technologies, including but not limited to Ruby on Rails (RoR), React JS, Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Android/Mobile development, to assess and recruit for diverse technical roles.

● In-House Recruitment: Experience in both in-house and international recruitment, ensuring the ability to handle a diverse set of hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Experience in in-house or international recruitment, with a focus on technical roles.

Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

 As a Full stack developer he/she should be able to provide scalable software solutions

 He/she be a part of cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full

SDLC, from conception to deployment.

 Design and architect highly scalable web services applications

 Develop and maintain all server-side network components

 Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements Architect

Content Management Solution and scalable API platform

 Design back-end services for various business processes

 Partner with third-party technology services and make strategic inputs.

 Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient

code

 Create workflows and solutions involving search, recommendations, rights

management, monetization, identity management, SSO, authorization,

authentication, etc.

 Work with large datasets and optimize server-side performance

 Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage

solutions

 Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical support

 Experience in writing backend API services in a serverless framework would be

preferred.

 Knowledge of microservice architecture is required

 Collaborate with the tech and product teams to drive execution across all platforms

while balancing short-term requirements with long-term objectives

Requirements

 4-7 years of Knowledge of Node.js and ReactJS frameworks

 Experience in creating and maintaining efficient NoSQl databases GRPC and Json

Elasticsearch

 Experience in AWS environment, cloud deployments and lambda

 DevOps and web security

 API development and deployment

 Unit and integration testing

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Php frameworks (Laravel, Zend must).

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as react js or Vue js.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.

• Write effective APIs.

• Write technical documentation.

• Familiarity with SQL/No SQL databases.

• Understanding of code versioning tools like Github.
