We're Hiring: M&R (Maintenance & Repair) Executive

📍 Location: Belapur / Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a Maintenance & Repair (M&R) Executive with a strong background in shipping & logistics, specifically in NVOCC and Freight Forwarding operations.

Experience Required:

🔧 3 to 6 years in M&R role within a shipping/logistics company

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with container depots for maintenance and repairs
• Inspect, approve & manage container damage and repair requests
• Manage procurement of new containers and coordinate with container traders
• Handle sale of old containers in a cost-effective manner
• Visit depots weekly for physical inspection and follow-ups
• Coordinate with overseas agents regarding container damage or issues
• Prepare and maintain a monthly report on container damages and repair status

Candidate Profile:

✅ Prior experience with NVOCC operations

✅ Understanding of freight forwarding processes

✅ Strong coordination and negotiation skills

✅ Familiar with container types, condition criteria & repair processes

✅ Willingness to travel locally for depot visits

✅ Strong communication with overseas teams and vendors

Location: Remote

Availability: Weekends only – especially Sundays

Basic Qualifications:

● Experience: 4+ years.

● Hands-on development experience with a broad mix of languages such as JAVA, Python, Javascript etc.

● Server-side development experience mainly in JAVA, (Python and nodeJS can be considerable)

● UI development experience in ReactJS or AngularJS or PolymerJS or EmberJS or Jquery etc. are good to have.

● Passion for software engineering and follow the best coding concepts. ● Good to great problem solving and communication skills.

• Participate in the implementation of AEM related features. Including design, definition, and development of AEM content type models, workflows, templates, components, and user permissions.
• Building AEM components and templates as needed while working closely with UX, Design and other developers.
• Implement rapid updates to fulfil changing business and marketing requirements.
• Develop functional and technical documentation and designs for assigned projects.
• Work within a team environment, supporting the team goals, and improving development engineering practices.
• Develop code consistent with A&F standard coding practices.
• Ensuring that implementations meet the required scalability and reliability required for A&F eCommerce operations.

• Web application development experience in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (including new ES features), Python
